Use every day - my most used app by anonymChanged rating down because recent update spontaneously and repeatedly removes all email, and then I have to re-sync which is using up more of my data plan. This is the best Enterprise email app, but this update bug must be fixed. I also don't like the new settings menu, but I found that there is a "legacy" menu option. 3/5
Awesome by anonymWorks exceptionaly well with tge security policies of the server without hindering my phone's usage. Shoukd try to work on the search capabilities though with some caching or indexing. My email searches almost always crash or givea me no results. 5/5
Great app by anonymThis app is used by me more than any other on a daily basis. I guess I had not noticed that the prior update rendered the app somewhat sluggish. Nevertheless, it remained excellent and reliable. I have just downloaded the new update, and the app is now screaming fast. Thank you very much for the update. No other mail client for Exchange offers the rich support and features that yours does. Keep up the good work. 5/5

Changed Setting layout by anonymVery Difficult to quickly find what I want in the new setting menus. It is not very intuitive. Uggggg! Thank goodness in the Advanced you have a toggle to the old settings screen. PLEASE do not change this! 3/5
Custom Notifications stop working by anonymAfter update, app stop working. Uninstalled/Reinstalled resolved the issue, but the Manage Rules Custom Notification ringtone doesn't working. 2/5
Forced to use it by anonym... but don't quite like it. How is it conceivable to quote an email but be unable to check the content and/or edit it. This can easily get you in trouble with your boss. Plus.. still can't save /restore preferences./Feb2015 update/ has become a battery vampire lately. Wouldn't use it if our IT geniuses would give me a choice. 1/5

Kind of buggy by anonymDoesn't work well with EWS and only supported EWS up to 2007. Frequently had errors syncing over EWS, and now I can't even get the fetch all messages feature to work. There are better mail apps for activesync. 3/5
Paid $20, no email by anonymI had the free version for awhile but it suddenly cut me off with no instructions on how to purchase the key. Finally found the exchange key in a separate app. Paid $20, was hoping that would fix difficulty in accessing, but now no email will show up. I have put way too much time into dealing with this. It should not be this complicated, especially since I paid for it! 1/5

Not syncing emails by anonymI configured everything correctly, and it said "push aborted" and none of my emails loaded. I keep pressing sync, but nothing happens. Also, the UI seems very archaic compared to other email apps... I was expecting it to be amazing, especially since the unlocked version is a whopping $20, but I'm pretty disappointed ? 1/5

Keeps work and personal separate. by anonymDoesn't let Exchange security policy take over your phone, but doesn't require root and hacks to get around it. A perfect balance, isolating work email, calendars and security within the app. 5/5

Themes need work. by anonymIt's been a few years, so thought I would give Touchdown another look. Unfortunate, not much has changed. No point in dark or black themes when it has no effect on message body and calendar backgrounds. The point of darker themes is to be easy on the eyes. When open a mail and get blasted by the bright white screen, it totally defeats the purpose of the dark and black themes. Sorry, but Moxier is still the best. 2/5

Super reliable by anonymHave used this for years. One of the first apps onto my new S5. Remember to long press the recent apps button on the S5 to open menus (works for lots of other apps too). 5/5
GUI & Calendar Sync by anonymI like being able to access my work email in a secure environment. However, only thing missing with this app seems to be the GUI is old and you my work calendar doesn't sync with my device calendar. 3/5
Won't work by anonymI used this once before, a long time ago. It worked great. I downloaded it and it ask for my username and password and then it just sits there saying configuring account. It's just a hotmail account. Why won't this work. Droid turbo 1/5
Lollipop update changed good feature by anonymThe date change screens in calendar and to dos now do not show the day of the week when you edit to change an event from, for example, March 12 to March 30. Bring that back! 4/5
Manas Giri by anonymScreen Configuration disappear after you set it up then no option to sort. Screen configuration option is coming only one time on first setup. really nagging. Home screen sorting is even not available in the settings >> appearances >>home screen. So think they need improvements. 2/5
Recently been locking up by anonymUsed to work great. In the last 2-3 weeks, it has been locking up when I try to write emails. It lets me start the email, but then the typing becomes slower and slower after the first word or two until it finally just locks up. There seems to be no recovery either - even a phone restart. Makes it nearly useless. Galaxy S3. 2/5

It's time has come and gone by anonymI love this app, but it has not evolved in any way shape or form. I paid for it and don't regret it. But there have been no updates to functionality or UI what so ever. There are other apps that are free and quite honestly are much better. One annoyance is that it had its own calendar, I would have to check my personal and professional calendar in two different places, so 1990. I also found all the options confusing, bad menu layout. They could do so much for the UI. Still a solid exchng app none the less. 3/5

Password changes by anonymLike any other exchange, my password changes frequently. This app does not give an option to update your password. I always have to uninstall and reinstall just to change my password. When will this be updated? 2/5
Samsung Note 4 by anonymWon't use anything else. I am almost always away from the computer at work, and having a pin on my phone is a major burden. Touchdown is the answer to end all issues! 5/5
Just installed on note4. by anonymI had issue with locating option menu. Found it by pressing and holding note 4 button on bottom left. This would get you to sync and password options. 5/5
Was broken but I fixed it by anonymThe update on 02/06 broke the app. It wouldn't sync. Today I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and now it works fine. UPDATED...keyboard is still sluggish on the moto g. Typing in landscape mode freezes the phone. 4/5
calendar doesn't sync properly by anonymtoday i missed a meeting because it didn't show up on the app. i contacted the team about this way back last year, but it hasn't been resolved. 2/5
