Absolute worst by anonymDont even bother with this cloud storage solution, there are much better options out there that are completely free. These people try to charge you for storage after 90 days... wtf is that about! I will never use your services ever again! 1/5
Work is going well with eve by anonymVery useful tool for collecting the articles.. 5/5
First impression! by anonymI have just installed this app . However, I have been very impressed by the general interface and professional design of the application . Signing up was very easy and straightforward. Free 5 gigabytes of storage is great. So far, this app merits 5 stars. 5/5
Doesn't work on KitKat and they won't fix it by anonymAfter upgrading my phone to KitKat, file and folder synchronization is broken, but they refuse to fix it. "Not our fault!" they say. "[We] will not be pursuing a resolution for this in the immediate future." I'm a paid subscriber and this is how they treat a customer? Now looking to take my business elsewhere. 1/5
Too expensive by anonymWas the best for quite a while but has fallen behind and is way too expensive, they missed the boat and failed to see the emerging trends. 3/5
Force Close by anonymReally annoys me, it's force close every time I open this app and syncing. Running Kit Kat 4.4.4 1/5
Small problem by anonymIt keeps logging me out ,so no real time sync until I log in manually 3/5
by anonymReally terrible app. I never write reviews but I felt compelled to for this one as it's so far below the mark. Clunky and dinosaur like compared to Dropbox functions and make you pay for functions Dropbox gives you for free. I'm forces to use this God awful app because my work uses it. Its terrible. Stay away. 1/5
Like it! by anonymSeems easy so far. Now on Samsung s4 & Samsung note pro 5/5
Great until removed free by anonymHad unlimited free like other cloud services but now only 90 days...can't rate higher now 2/5
Remarkable apps based on just about everything I like Thank You. by anonymLIVE 5/5
Good app by anonymOnly the share option should be extended, to a wider use. 3/5
Have a sweet tooth for sugarsync by anonymLove it's flexibility. Provides a unique service that no other cloud service does. 5/5
Beware of subscription by anonymGreat app but beware of paid subscription. I just had my subscription auto renew for double what I first paid without being told. Went from 49 to 99 which is absurd considering what I get on OneDrive for far less money. Do not pay them anything. 1/5
Why can't you sync files from SD card??? by anonymIf I can't backup files from my SD Card, the app is USELESS!! I store most of my pics & docs on my SD card! I'm so disappointed. I have SugarSync Premium on my laptop & really like it. Imho, options like Dropbox & Drive are very limited. With SugarSync you can selectively-sync individual folders. You can sync between devices, use it for backup only, or a combination of both. I Love not having to move all my files to a separate backup folder (like Dropbox). But no SD card backup with the app?? DEALBREAKER!! 1/5
Costly by anonymIt delete my old account with lot's dats which was free without noticing me to upgrade to pay version 3/5
SugarSync missing few important features by anonymThe most annoying is automatic video start synch even though it is not set up to synch. Every time when I open the app it starts synching and waisting resources and my time. 3/5
Very buggy... by anonymI used to love SugarSync, until I started using it on Android. This app seems riddled with bugs. Just recently... I added a folder with many files on my desktop, but before it finished syncing with my tablet, it deleted the folder on my desktop! I'm glad I had a backup elsewhere... After I restored that I ended up with duplicates (which SugarSync renamed) of the exact same files in the exact same same folder as it continues to re-upload and download them in both directions. Why can't it simply do a checksum and notice they're already there? Ridiculous! If they don't fix this, I'll be looking for something better very soon. 2/5
Worked as Expected by anonymDoes what I expected, found my desktop files easily. No more , no less 4/5
App's great, Android KitKat's SD card writing restriction sucks by anonymGoogle team: what's the point of having an SD card if you don't allow apps like Sugarsync to store my photos, music, etc there? 5/5
Not user friendly. by anonymThe app may work wonderfully - if you can understand how to work it! 1/5
Samsung by anonymThe app works fine. I am pulling it because of the expense of baking up my phone and computer. Too rich for my blood. 2/5
Fix your select feature by anonymmobile app - If I choose to select and item from a list, the select icon is directly over the scroll feature and I can't select the item without the list moving to that area of the auto scroll. It's been over a year Now, please fix these easy features immediately. Desktop - you can't quick select photos from a folder without either selecting all, or clicking each picture individually. I'm trying to transfer some of my photos from one folder to another, and I have to click each one. Do not use sugar sync 2/5
Effective, good design, poor settings by anonymDoes what it is supposed to with speed and style. The only major problem I've encountered is buggyness in the settings. I enabled photo syncing and it started to waste my data plan copying old photos to the cloud. Fair enough, it was easy to see what it was doing and disable. Unfortunately the next time I restarted my phone it resumed syncing despite being disabled and blew away my data plan before I noticed. This bug cost me $10 in overages. 3/5
SugarSync by anonymTheres nothing sweat about this app, can't find files, documents, pictures, it doesnt sync avoid this app like the plague after paying for it there is no tech support, there better apps that are free.... 1/5
DO NOT TRUST THIS STORAGE! by anonymI had my account for a while, got 30+ GB from referrals.. I used it mainly for university material. Now I was trying to access my account and apparently it was deleted by them because they decided that they do not provide free cloud storage anymore. It was not a trial. I had it for few years. This is not a trustworthy cloud provider. Do not put sensitive documents there if you want a real backup. 1/5
NOT FREE , BAYAR, ORA GRATIS by anonymI think costumer better used Drobox or One Drive , Microsoft product that is very freefull,Soft ware koyo ngene ae mbayar, Gaathel opo 1/5
Somewhat flexible, but still needs improvement by anonymI am a premium SugarSync customer and I was drawn to SugarSync because of its ability to sync any folder, not just specific folders like most of the big-name competitors. But where SugarSync falls short are in some of the nice-to-have extras that it is just missing. Specifically: 1) You can't disable syncing on specific files in a folder. 2) You can't set it up to sync at certain times of day. This would be helpful to avoid data caps as well as high-traffic times. 3) On the mobile version, it doesn't seem to give you the ability to sync to an external SD card. Overall, a good competitor to the big names. But it could be so much better. 3/5
DON'T TRUST THEM! by anonymI had canceled my gold membership account BEFORE my one year mark and they still charged me $74.99 and will not refund me my money. Note will they respond to any correspondence that I seems them, go figure. Do NOT trust them. 1/5
Was good.. by anonymLong time user and over time it saved my butt on occasion. But...like a lot of good things people can't just leave it alone. The new interface is cumbersome and clunky. Just when you figure out how to nav one version you get a new one with more features to "help" you. I don't need help just leave me alone. The last straw was adding new computers it made copies of copies so it seems and bloated itself into oblivion. At my cost now $50 month! All that lead to huge hassles and losses. Off to Dropbox 1T for $99 3/5
Now my main cloud by anonymWhat's great about this app: First thing; Affordable: it is only 7.49 a month, 2 or more dollars cheaper then Dropbox. Second thing; ALMOST the most convenient. It has a wonderful Android and windows app. And, one disadvantage is that it doesn't have a Ubuntu Linux app, but the web GUI makes up for it, mostly, it is super easy, very well laid out, and once files/folders are placed, they sync to all other devices instantly. Third thing; incredibly resource light. Takes up HEAPS less Memory and network resources on Windows. About as good as it gets. 4/5
Great when it works by anonymEasy enough design to navigate, but why isn't that thing I know is on my computer not on my phone?! You know, that thing I really need right now and the whole reason I got SugarSync in the first place ? 3/5
Great app, slow site by anonymThe syncing of my photos/data is fantastic, even with a slight delay giving me time to delete unwanted camera photos. The Web UI is rather slow though compared to dropbox but sugarsync is cheaper... 4/5
Service is good, app is too difficult to use! by anonymSugarSync is an OK service, lacking anything better. This app, though, well, one star is way too much and describing only all the major shortcoming would take too much time. Try it if you have SugarSync but prepare to be disgusted. 1/5
by anonymThis is an amazingly useful app. I'm very impressed with the user friendly features and the ability to upload a 1.7G video file without breaking it down. Much thanks again. Thank you very much 5/5
so bad by anonymI wakeup this morning to see a massage that you toke 18$ without asking permission . 1/5
Best cloud storage by anonymI really have no idea why SugarSync isn't lauded among the other top dogs of cloud storage. In my opinion, the fact that it will sync ANY folder on your hard drive (as opposed to just its own dedicated folder) makes it the best service. 5/5
Blah... by anonymIt's useful but cumbersome. I hate the European styling and functionality. Amazingly though, it's better than their 2.0 desktop app... what a hack job that is. 3/5
Stay away! You've been warned. by anonymThey reactivated my account to charge my credit card for another year's service. In the middle of claiming process but I know I'll lose this one. Plain theft. No other words for it. Lots of companies are up to this but did not expect this from Sugarsync. I truly hope they act up and put things right so I can take this back. My sympathy goes to the front guys in billing who are putting up with claims fr customers because of their company's malpractice. Must be on of the saddest jobs on earth. 1/5
Skeptic gains optimism by anonymApp was pre-installed with 5 Gb so my 7' tab has 1/3 Gb more ROM till the miniSDHC card fairy puts money in the myBestBuy fund. I get by with a little help from sugarbeaks, and across devices without developing much. Nature has required no nurture to survive. 5/5
