I've been playing this for around 2 years now and have enjoyed playing it. I even brought country bucks for the land because I loved this game so much, but every time I now move a building, delete some roads and accept or accidently press the dagger button and press x, the game freezes and all previous progress is deleted. I really loved this game and still do, but I just hope that this bug gets fixed because I have spent a lot of time on this and really don-t want it to go to waste just yet. Please fix - 2/5

But It is not in sync with the FB version so I don't like that had to start level 1. So i am uninstalling it do to my peeps aren't playing the app version or there is not a nuife of them to play with me. 3/5

But you should add auto collect contract control. Its feel stupid that I must click it one by one. And another expand must be paid with countybuck, change it to normal cash. 5/5

Keeps freezing on my galaxy s4. It's froze up when I've moved buildings, upgraded, built buildings and during other points. I'm giving it a few days before I leave it with 1 star and uninstalling 1/5

I used to play this game all the time years ago. Was able to visit my neighbors other then mary, check messages and activity. Now all I can do is visit mary. If I go into the menu where it shows friends, activity, etc I can't tap on them and go into them. Would like to know why I can't or at least have it fixed 3/5

They need to have some kind of Quality Assurance Testing for these games before they are even allowed to be downloaded. Games this bad shouldn't even be allowed to be advertised! Unless all the bugs are fixed, the game stops crashing and the games not so time wasting its not worth the time. 2/5

After playing this game for over 2 years, I made my first in-app purchase. The first thing that happened was that the game froze as soon as I made the purchase. I contacted customer service right away. I had to uninstall and reinstall it. The item I purchased did not appear. After nearly a month of wrangling with CS, I still have not been able to access my purchase. At one point, it was in my "gifts" but when I clicked "use" nothing happened. CS has now told me that my issue is closed. 1/5

I was on level 29 (and have screenshots to prove it) when i factory reset my phone. Now that redownloaded game, update started me on level 11. Loved the game but will not start over. If can not put me back on level 29 will discontinue game 1/5

This game has some problems my phone die on playing the game and turn my phone back on and the game restarted me and I have a big city too 2/5

It freezes sometime when playing. When it restarts the progress u made shortly before is lost. I lost about 1200 xp and changes to my city down to painting of houses. Hope it gets fixed before I get further. I don't wanna quit. 3/5

This is a great game but wish you had more places to exspand your city so you can make lakes and be able to make kinda like farm land. Also having problems trying to visit my friends city to help out. Keep getting kicked or phone restarts. 5/5

I've expanded a few times and have now come across a bit of land that needs a silly amount of country bucks and after reading some comments I refuse to make in app perches. I really do hope this changes as I've been playing awhile and love the game. But if I have to use country bucks I will be un installing. 4/5

1. 3 months and still can't open bus line no way to get parts you need except real money 3. 2 weeks never ever get parts, and items world thing the same no parts and it's plain wrong you have to rebuild them again once you build them and earn them and still building Christmas Tree so full of BS not funny!!! 3 all free gifts on your Facebook page never got a one if there only for folks on computer say so. And last 4 cost so dang much to do anything you run out of money fast so you can't expand your game. 4/5

Okay I've had this game off and on going 6 years now and every time I play this game when I want to try to renovate it freezes on every stinking time I sent an email after email after email and yet there's nothing done yet about it and it's a little irritating I like this game a lot but yet you can't fix a little problem if you would fix the bugs stop the lag and fix the freezing problem so I can enjoy a game longer than 25 minutes each time I give you 5 star but until then its only getting one star 1/5

Good game but has annoying issues and confusing rules. I like that it has a quick and easy tutorial at the start. But if i want to reset the game it is not clear how with out uninstalling. The game moves painfully slow. seems like you are always waiting on things to build. I don't mind waiting but 5-8 hours? really? The game will tell that you need to build something but you are not at the era level you need to be to do it. When building things i get that you need to hire people to support it but you are required to build other things to acquire the items needed to hire the person and once you build an item that is later on needed the game does not remember that you built it previously. Now you have to build two or three. Country buck are confusing and i just don't see the value in them. 3/5

I have been stuck rebuilding the same buildings all morning, only for everything to be still there except those stupid and annoying snowballs I collected. I am tired of Santa and of the frosty the snow man. Why do we need so many snowballs for every single Christmas thing?! I enjoyed the game up until I lost those hard to get snowballs. I hired a snow man and now I don't have him or a snowball to complete my toy factory or my giant annoying tree that needs too much crap to build. 2/5

I've been playing a couple weeks and its a fun way to kill time and pretty easy to build things but it has trouble dragging buildings around which is annoying. Also it doesn't always save your progress so you waste time on nothing or it crashes in less than a minute or two. This is a 5star game played using a 1star app. 3/5

Addictive in the beginning but after 20-22 level everything slows down. Currently on level 34 from last one week and needs a lot of XP to reach next level and i think needs to tap atleast 100000000000000000x on buildings to get those xps . Crashes a lot whenever tries to move a building. Moreover no update has been made. 3/5

It's the best simulator game I ever played! You don't need real money to play, you can buy expansions for dollars and it's easy to earn them! Thanks for making the best game ever! This isn't like the rubbish big business deluxe, where it's so hard to earn money and you need a lot, no, it isn't! If you search for a good simulator game this is the one you need! 5/5

Finally after this update the ads have gone, but now I go online and shortly afterwards the game freezes. I restart it but all of the progress before it freezes gets lost. I have to restart the game after going online to prevent this. But it's definitely an awesome game to play! If you fix the freezing bug, I'll give 5 stars because now my tactic doesn't work so I have to pray that it doesn't freeze because I love this game. Also, I will not purchase any more items because of an apparent bug that after purchase, the game freezes. Luckily I haven't purchased anything after the latest update. I won't quit but pls solve these bugs :( I hope you will soon. 4/5

Other than not letting me back into the game after in app purchase, this game is highly addictive and super fun. But until someone can fix it, guess I won't be able to play anymore! Every time i delete anything then push the check mark it crashes. I enjoy this game but when I'm in the game for 30 minutes and everything I had done is erased, I want to smash something and it won't be my phone. I wish it could be one of your faces. The special items for some buildings could come more frequent. Offline mode should apply to most of the extra maps. Hours of fun. Developers please keep on this love to see what's next! 5/5
