This app is easy to use by anonymI own a taxi company in Fort Myers Florida came across this app looking for GPS for my vehicles and it's much more than that it's easier for my customers to get in touch with me without even calling me on the phone they can order a taxi and watch it on there smart phone as it drives to their pickup destination on the Google Maps 5/5

Six Star Taxi, Saint John, NB by anonymI see several reviews where Taxi Drivers can not get registared on the system. It requires registaring and a monthly fee for Taxi Companies. The system works as advertised and has been a great asset to our operations. There have been a few service interuptions due to software issues but they are always quickly resolved. Customer support is responsive and easy to deal with. We are very happy with TaxiCaller and are building our business operations around it. 5/5

Needs improvement by anonymWhen choosing Hail A Taxi, you need to include an option for the customer to choose a sedan or minivan. This currently is useless for our clients as some need a minibus. Also, give the customer the option to choose the cab # 3/5
