They claim to give you free minutes when you refer a friend. I invited a friend who bought credit but neither of us got our free minutes. I emailed customer service and still didn't get a reply after two weeks. They do not have a number to call so if you have issues you will be stuck. I will not recommend to anyone. 1/5

Initial days voice clarity was good, but after just 4 days, I started observing a lot of disturbance in calls. So, now I have the s ame feeling that I had with other VoIPs calls that is just OK!!!!!! And also it was said that at first recharge we get free 4 euro credit but not. 3/5

These guys charge 23.99c/min to call a moblie phone in Romania. I currently use google hangouts which charges me only 5c/min. Why did i download "rebtel"? - because i like to try other apps as well besides hangouts. No luck finding one better than google so far. Don't waste your time with this app, just try out google hangouts. it's awesome. New number too, can also receive calls from anywhere for free. Hope i helped those in need of an app like this. 2/5

This used to be a very cool and intrusive international calling solution. Now it's showing bubbles in the screen and (reading +) notifying me of SMS. Can we please have the option to disable this? 2/5

I usually use my phone book to make phone call and like the feature that Rebtel will run automatically. BUT its own user interface is just a mess. I just don't understand why almost all apps are charging their simple user interfaces to doggy one. Full of ridiculous gestures. All Rebtel needs, is list of contacts, a simple toggle button to use internet or make phone call to a local VoIP service provider and a button for adding credit. There are lots pages. sections, up down, left, right, menus buttons.. 5/5

Why am I charged VAT because I use a UK card, when I'm purchasing abroad, using a foreign number, to a company that's not even based in the UK? Why are the call prices not getting cheaper? Why is the quality of calls getting worse? Rebtel never reply about the poor quality of service nor to their call ratings that pop up after you finished your conversation. They never provide refunds the way Google does. I think this may be the last time I put money into my account. 1/5

I totally love the new look! I'm impressed with the update of the UI to be instep with android L material design. The call rates are cheap no doubt. It now works with all my Bluetooth devices. 5/5

For the last one month or so most calls are not connecting, they drop off after 2nd ring. Annoying 1/5

I bought 10dollars credit from rebtel. After that, I received a massage from rebtel that I got 5$ in addition in reward for choosing their service, in which this would make my credit balance 15$dollars, but I had only 10$ in balance. THIS IS NOTHING. THE WORST IS, WHEN I CALLED I GOT CHARGED BOTH FROM REBTEL AND MY REGULAR PHONE OPERATOR, IN WHICH I LOST 40DOLLARS FROM MY PHONE OPERATOR, AND 8 DOLLARS FROM REBTEL IN THE 3 CALLS I MADE.YOU THINK YOU CALLING THROUGH REBTEL, BUT IN REALITY it is Not.50$ LOST! 1/5

But I can't use it if my calls are transferred to another caller.. It always drops.. Other than that works well and relatively cheap 4/5

When is Rebtel going to solve its fake ring problem. I have been using this for 3 years with this problem. If I call someone and his phone is off or the number is wrong, it will still be sending fake rings and I won't know why couldn't I reach that person. 2/5

It makes fake rings to numbers that are otherwise disconnected. Besides this issue, this is THE BEST! 5/5

I've been using this app for 3 years and it has some issues which I somehow been able to accept. Last week I just made a call to a new number and after that my account was locked for no good reason. I got an automated email from Rebtel saying my account was locked for security reasons. I don't understand what they mean by security reasons when I was the one making the call. Please fix it and unlock my account. 1/5

Given the reasonable price of Rebtel , the app is an icing on cake. I like the app for most times but sometimes it hangs or disconnects without a reason 4/5
