Works Well by anonymI originally had difficulty with the app, but discovered that, duh, I was putting in the password incorrectly. I easily accessed the home screen with all the tools available from the app. I like the design and the array of options as well as travel planning. Very good app. I highly recommend it. 5/5

by anonymHi, i installed worldmate a week or so ago and bought gold thereafter. It now tells me to purchase gold to have access to the outlook sync function. I re-downloaded the app hoping that it will sort out the problem but i am still getting the same problem. Please assist here or reimburse me. Regards, Jan 5/5

No more tripit by anonymSwitched from tripit to worldmate because worldmate handles the incoming emails much better. It would be nice if they could add an option to link your inbox and let them search automatically for travel information. 4/5

No support at all by anonymI've been a world member since 2009 and a religious user for my more than 1 million miles of travel. I tried to renew my gold membership and the app won't process my payment and there's absolutely no way to pay on the website if you're an Android user. I've contacted world mate twice without a single reply. I'm a loyal user who simply wants to give WM more of my dollars. So lame. 1/5
Average by anonymHi, I would like to see local taxi numbers in app. Is the 9.99 a one time fee our annually? Airport maps would be nice. Airport restaurant ratings. Not working well by anonymUsed to work very well with my Sony mobile until I update to latest version. Can't even launch. I tried to uninstall and reinstall many times but still the same. Very sad I have to gave up after using this apps for so many years. Hope anyone can help with my issues. 1/5

Almost perfect by anonymJust traveled from KSA to UK via plane and train using this app. For flights and Heathrow express, brilliant, eticket ref's used to check in & told me gate numbers before airport did! For trains not so good, most transport details imported via email which is good but editing journey to add platform details often resets times to midnight and because the app uses 15 min drop down timings there is no way to enter the exact timings. Despite editing issue definitely recommend using. 4/5
Doesn't recognize my international airport by anonymInstalled it, and stopped at configuration level as it didn't find my nearest international airport, Port-au-Prince in Haiti. Shame as quite a few iata companies land here. Uninstalled. 2/5
