It works great, however I frequently get this message "Cannot get camera status! Some of the functionality might not work because of "parsererror"." I usually start the app in the morning and it works fine. But if the tablet has been used for a while, it usually end up with this error. The only way to fix this is to stop and start the app again. 4/5

Being a Geek, I can't believe I hadn't discovered this absolutely wonderful app long back. Seriously these developers are sitting on a goldmine here. If someone asks me why I love Android so much, I used to state just one thing "Servers Ultimate Pro app. period". Now this is added to my list. TL;DR : Don't be fooled by the dumb logo. I have IP webcam on three phones in my house constantly having to reset phones, ports refues and timeouts. trying to find the right settings to change isn't exactly clear hopefully when I Will find it. When there are running , 24~48hours befor the need publicly touch to rest, there awesome can watch the kids, use speaker to tell them to do something listen to surroundings turn light on, great for back yard watching or wait on pizza guy while kids are sleeping to get to the door befor he rings doorbell. 3/5

I've been using this app for a looong time, since from its early days. It was built stable from the ground up - I've never ever seen it crash or cause my phone to reboot once. It works on any device - I have it running on an old Atrix that only has Android 2.2, and it and all features work flawlessly. It has every feature imaginable - if you can think of a feature that a security camera should have, this app has it. This is the go-to security cam app by which all others are measured. It is the #1. I've recommended it to dozens of friends looking to turn their old, unused phones and tablets into security cams and baby monitors. And best of all, it's completely free. I don't understand the altruism from this app developer. The only things he asks money for, are the motion detection feature, and to remove a watermark on the loop-recording feature. Anyone who gives this app anything less than 5 stars has sinned against humanity. We need to reward app developers like this for making such perfect Android apps. 5/5

Was going to purchase Pro version, until discovering issues with lite version. Video Record quality seems to be based on Stream quality. Increasing the Stream Quality from the browser interface cause the video recording to lag, such as the stream video does via the browser. Reducing Streaming Quality from the browser interface reduces lag, but video saved to device is recorded in a less then desirable quality (Set to %50 stream quality.) Recorded video quality should be the same regardless of Stream Quality. Should get full quality recorded videos (Camera is capable of HD1080p - Galaxy Note 4) even if Steam Quality is set to 1%. I don't need to stream in a higher quality, just need high quality recordings to go back and view later. Another issue, is videos are not always recorded. Recorded 5 Test Videos, 30sec Each. 3 out of 5 recorded while the other 2 were black for 30sec. Viewed Videos in multiple video players and all produced 2 black videos out of the 5. -GN4 was test phone, Phone intended for daily usage HTC M8 which MP4 format not available.... 3/5

Pavel; You have made a super app here. I have been looking for a cheap camera to monitor my door for Christmas packages. This app saved my enough to buy some more stuff for the kids by using those old phones I have lying around. I was super surprised to see even IPv6 support on it as well. Pros: Easy to setup Great viewing options Good video quality Good web interface Cons: Video does get choppy on record Night vision could use something for flare Better control with web interface (more controls) 5/5

Thanks for bricking my phone. It just starts generating a file without you asking the first time you start it up. Tried it on a low-end phone I use for testing stuff and now I'm left with trying to free up space on this thing that is barely running now due to no space left. 1/5

Holy cow you added tons of features. I want to setup my old galaxy s captivate as a security cam... And last time i used this, it was overheating my same phone but now it stays cool-warm. And glad im not stuck with that webm stuff because vlc didn't want to play it correct, so i got it to record mov . Is there a way to record the sensor information in a log file? I want to record earthquake and vibration sensor then i could edit in an overlay graph on my mac. 5/5

The app works great. Now the only thing I ask of you now is if you can implement remote camera administration with the camera server so I can do other things that I would otherwise have to physically do at the camera. So, make more camera settings remotely accessible (like switching between front and back facing camera). Also, it would be very beneficial if the app can run the server without running with the camera itself (in other words, isolate camera and server) so that if I have to restart the camera, I wouldn't have to reset the web server. 5/5

I use this app a lot with Skype on my desktop. It's really easy to set up and get running. There's a lot of issues with video lag, but that's really the fault of my network and Skype (though turning down the video quality in the app doesn't seem to help). Also annoyingly the IP for the video feed likes to randomly change by one digit, making me go into the pc application to update it. Otherwise a fantastic free app. 5/5

I've tried ALL the other webcam apps, and NONE of them work as well as this one. Don't waste your time with any of the other apps unless you want constant disconnects, app crashes, and phone crashes. If you want one that works, install this one. I can view my phone cam from anywhere using my phones web browser or any p.c., and I don't need Flash installed. I just selected a port number in the app, added port forwarding on my home's wireless router, and VOILA, there's my cam! The available cam options are incredible. Night vision works incredibly well. I can flip between front and back camera's, zoom, adjust the exposure, adjust the stream quality. It's just awesome!!! I only wish I had a faster upload speed on my home internet connection, because the stream can be a bit slow, which causes blurring. Maybe a better video codec might help? 5/5

On previous versions the server (stream from phone) crashed whenever I changed settings via the web interface client side. This was especially so when I accessed the recorded video archive via the web interface client side. Not anymore :-) This version seems much more stable. Good work! 4/5
