First time user by anonymKept me up-to-date on a trip with many weather delays. Easy to use. With reminders and directions. 5/5
Essential for managing travel by anonymI don't think I go anywhere without this. Consider I travel quite a bit for work and leisure and it's really hectic sometimes, won't be able to manage this without this App. 5/5
Great for managing itinerary by anonymI use the pro version and its great. Gives me updates when my flight is delayed, alerts when to check in, and holds everything nicely. 5/5
Hate it by anonymAbusive permissions. Useless anyway, since it can't automatically add trips anymore. Also insane battery killer: responsible for 37 % (!) of the battery drain over ~5 hours, resulting in a ~50 % battery life reduction (before TripIt: battery lasts ~2 days; after TripIt: battery is usually dead by night). As if that wasn't enough, adds 100+ instances of my calendar to Google Calendar, making Google Calendar and Google Search slow and constantly crash. Uninstalled and everything is back to normal. 1/5
WAS the best, hands down...no more by anonymThis WAS the best, easiest, and most intelligent app for travelers. Reads emails without major probems and was a lifesaver, I showed it to all my friends and was about to buy it. The last update made me look for an alternative. It doesn't accept forwarded emails with ease. It is still okay, but it was great. Too bad. 3/5
Great travel app by anonymI use this for all our trips, business and leisure. Our family can keep up with where we are and how to contact us and I no longer, have to bring a file with confirmations and contact info. Most everything can be forwarded directly and tripit arranges it in order. Love tripit pro as it updates where there are changes and delays. Not everything syncs with it but most does hence the 4 stars. I would also like if the events that have already occured could be removed. But those are only minor things. 4/5
Like having a personal assistant on every trip by anonymTripit takes all the hassle out of traveling. All my travel arrangements are in one easy to find place. If my plane is delayed I know before anybody else does. I can also keep my family up to date. The most useful business software to date. 4/5
Most useful even offline by anonymGreat little app. Even when offline you can reach your data no hassle. Love the calendar syncing and the gmail email reader/auto update when you receive your bookings via email. Yes, it gets confused every now and then, but nothing serious. Normally easy to fix. Most useful even offline!!! 4/5
Drinks battery by anonymGreat app for scheduling trips. Easy to update, works with Google Calendar, etc. However after creating a new upcoming trip this app has started draining my battery. I have it set to check for new trip details manually yet when I reboot and never touch the app it will wake itself up and drain my battery through the day. I haven't touched my phone all day and find its used 33%. I've never has this problem before. If this happens while I'm traveling and my phone dies the app will have made itself useless. 3/5
Contact connection is terrible by anonym1 star. Your networking functionality is ambiguous and frustratingly unresponsive. Add the option to connect to your app rather than directing ppl to your poorly designed website. Edit: 3 stars. Once through the connection gauntlet, app functionality is good. Work needed on signup and contact matching to realise full potential. 3/5
Great concept by anonymAnd a nice, useful app when it works. But horribly buggy on my Razr 2/5
Very good, not quite perfect by anonymEditing entries can be difficult, requiring a move to the web app. But over all a very useful app. Essential for serious travelers. 4/5
Excellent app and exceedingly important service! by anonymThe updated app performs very well on my Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 and my Galaxy S5 phone. I use TripIt nearly every week and I would not be able to survive without it at this point. I do think that there are several features that would work better, such as searching nearby, allowing more flexibility to edit trips from the mobile app, and integration with calendars and weather apps. 4/5
A big, fat fraud! by anonymI still leave 2* because I didn't find anything less bad. But the whole thing is an authentic lie. Trip recognition is way below 50%. Just tell me if booking a blablacar--the main car sharing service in Europe--is considered fancy. Plus the app's 'back' button's inconsistency is a freaking nightmare: out of the app when you should be back to the trip summary!! Please fail quickly so that a new player can clean up the mess you made. 2/5
Great App by anonymThe best thing about this app is that it can be used offline, handy for arrivals in new countries when you don't have Internet. 5/5
Brilliant. by anonymTripit keeps us informed and up to date accurately. Has saved us money! Seamlessly gathers info from emails and collates it in such useful format. Indispensable! 5/5
Extremely useful by anonymVery convenient to have for those who travel often, as it summarizes all travel information in one place. Information is organized in an easy-to-use way (tap to call airline or hotel, or to see map or weather). Works very well, although does has its hiccups (very rarely in the couple of years I have been using it intensely). 5/5
Great app - calendar sync needs work by anonymLove this app and on iPhone it was fantastic. Less impressed with the integrated calendar functionality on the Google android. Hope it improves but remaining functionality is good. 4/5
Excellent service by anonymI love having all my reservations in one place. No digging into my email to find the hotel confirmation. We're on an extended trip in Spain right now and it did an excellent job of parsing out train reservations in Spanish even! 5/5
Very Useful by anonymI love TripIt. I travel every week for work and without TripIt I would be a mess. (I can be very disorganized) so TripIt is a lifesaver. The only thing really holding me back from giving it 5 stars is that the large scrollable widget is HORRIBLE. It displays the same information as the small widget but takes up half your screen with its header and footer. They should just make the small widget scrollable and resizable. Then the app would be pretty perfect. 4/5
Frequent Traveler by anonymI travel at least 3 times per month and TripIt keeps me extremely organized....don't know what I would do without this application. 5/5
Could be 5 stars with a few tweaks by anonymI go between TripIt and Worldmate because they are both great apps. I like TripIt's category of Shared plans. But I think WM has a cleaner UI. It also has a nicer notification screen (pops up on the phone, not just on the notifications bar like TripIt). I'd like to see TripIt incorrect this feature. Plus maybe even add the ability filter or categorize by Leisure and Work. I'd pay for a Pro version of TripIt if this was available. 4/5
Works well, and useful by anonymThe app is great. Super useful if you even travel a little bit. There are a few bugs still though. 4/5
Indispensable travel app by anonymI've been using this app for several years now and it's still my go to app for travel information. Many apps come and go but I always have this loaded on my phone and tablet. I especially appreciate the alternate flight finder which really helped me when weather a recent flight was delayed due to weather. 5/5
Couldn't live without it by anonymAs someone who travels 35-40 weeks every year I don't know what I would do without this app. Keeps me organized, keeps me updated, and keeps me on track. 5/5
Essential for business trips by anonymWonderful to have all my business bookings with reference numbers in one place. Saved me so many times when I turn up somewhere and I need my details. 5/5
Usefull by anonymKept all important info about our trip on hand but I expected a little more from the app. Not able to actually plan a trip by stops and things to do on the way. Its more of a fill-in itinerary. Can't add notes or list of things to do or stops for during the trip. 3/5
Works great by anonymSamsung Galaxy S5. Not 100% perfect but works very well. Very convenient to have all travel info in one place. 4/5
Good app.needs improvements by anonymUseful for holding travel details like ticket itinerary etc . Sometimes it is difficult to load simple PDF itinerary. 3/5
Good but could be better by anonymA great tool, which has saved me from trawling my confirmation emails and retyping my itinerary and sending emails of it to family and friends. It is a bit hard to navigate back and forth in an itinerary though, particularly with multiple legs, and doesn't provide for family or homestays. 4/5
Don't know what I'd do without it by anonymI fly over 35 times a year and don't know what I would do it out tripit, It saves all my confirmation numbers and keeps me organized. It saves Airline, Hotel, Rental Car info etc. 5/5
Excellent by anonymTells me gate changes instantly and keeps me organized. Eliminates having to check boards for flight info when short connection times are crucial. Awesome app. 5/5
Keeps me organized by anonymTrip it keeps my trip where I can find all of the details. I don't have to remember or carry multiple documents w/confirmation numbers 4/5
Handy trip data available off-line by anonymAutomatically updated flrom Concur and Delaware Express and puts on my phone's calendar. Very handy when off-line to confirm airline numbers and arrival/departure times. I would have given it 5-stars but occasionally it gets stuck trying to restart many times in a short period of time. When it does this it quickly drains my Samsung Galaxy s5 battery. UPDATE: Restart problem kept getting worse. Had to Uninstall this app. Dropped rating from 4 to 1 while restarting issue is true. 1/5
waste of time by anonymI've now spent over an hour trying to get tripit to understand two upcoming trips by forwarding all kinds of emails to it but nothing worked (not even one that contained nothing but my checkmytrip link). I had to print a PDF from the checkmytrip website and send it to tripit via email. The second trip, booked on Expedia is not recognized at all. such nonsense! 1/5
Great App To Organize by anonymTrip it Pro is very expensive. A lower fee will be good addition to features. World Mate offers all most tripit pro features for one time gold subscription. Tripit offers more features. 4/5
Great Trip Organizer by anonymI love the fact that my reservation emails are automatically sent Tripit and all my trip details are organized for me. I have not experienced any problems with this app yet! 5/5
A travel center for our family by anonymWith 4 members scatter over 3 countries, and at any given point of time any one or more group can be on the go. This application holds together instant information of where our family members are. Flights, hotels, car rentals. .. all can be instantly viewed with TripIt. Have been using TripIt for years. Thank you. 5/5
Almost perfect by anonymUsually tripit is great and syncs seemlessly with the calendar on my phone. However, it struggles with European train reservations, reservations done by my company's travel agent and also CheapTickets... I wonder if GDS compatability couldn't be built in so you could just enter your booking code when it fails to scan emails. 4/5
Best travel app. by anonymAlerted me to a lower fare after I had booked and saved me $45. On my flight. Worth it right there, but even without that, it's still a 5 star app. 5/5
