by anonymWalked over 2 miles and the meter said I had walked less than a mile. Doesn't count steps accurately. Doesn't figure mileage even remotely well. Waste 1/5
Has potential by anonymDoes not count when screen is off... Outside of that, a great and simple app. Hoping an update will fix. HTC thunderbolt. 2/5
by anonymYou need to test your product better. Do you expect people to hold their phone out? Uninstalling. 2/5
Pedometer by anonymPedometer Useless application. I have tried to measure 1200 steps. 1st time apps stops unexpectedly. 2nd time reading was 545. 3rd time within actual 100 steps reading went to 386. 1/5
cool by anonymgreat for counting steps. of course, it may not accurately measure speed and calories because that depends on the distance between each step you take (which may vary) and your weight. still, i use it from time to time. 5/5
by anonymThis app only prevents your phone from sleeping, hmm? Why cant my phone go to sleep if im sleeping?
by anonymits pretty cool so far try not to set the calibration too high or it might over count your steps 4/5
by anonymNot accurate AT ALL! 3 different phones.....same results. All Samsung Galaxy S phones. 1/5
by anonymDoes a good job of counting my steps set to 'low' sensitivity on my desire hd. No way to aggregate statistics over several days and graphing it thoug 4/5
by anonymGalaxy s: Works well after adjusting sensitivity and pace length. It did force close when exiting app - not during use. 4/5
Killed battery by anonymI walked 3 miles from work and it recorded 1 step! Keeps resetting the count if you go to another application. Used 54% battery in 7hrs! 1/5
by anonymDid not work for me. Recorded les then half the miles I walked. Tried it out on a trail ithat was marked 2.2 miles long and when I was done app had recorded .95 of a mile. 1/5
Works only when screen is on by anonymWorks well when screen is on, doesnt work when screen is off =( 3/5
Perfectly adjustable thus a great app by anonymThe Pedometer is a wonderful application. It can be fine-tuned/adjusted to suite the walking/running style and it can be operated with the screen on or off. The user has a lot of freedom and options to make it suite to his needs. Very accurate after adjusting it. 4/5
Nice one! by anonymWorks well on Galaxy 5. Wish it could keep daily logs and display the data on a chart... 5/5
by anonymWorks flawlessly on the Galaxy S when set to the "lower" sensitivity. Counted my steps on a short walk and found error to be <2%. Amazing. Great app. 5/5
Awesome! by anonymFree. Doesn't require any permissions (aka not stealing your data). Its open source. I was initially concerned with the last software update date. But it works flawless on my Galaxy Nexus with Android 4.2.2. The poor reviews seem to be user error or crappy phones. Also more options than I expected. Very nice work! 5/5
by anonymWorks well enough to fit my needs. Will get 5 stars when it works w/ screen off. 3/5
by anonymDepending on your phone, this app my or may not work. I tested on HTC EVO 4G 5/5
Doesn't track the right distance. by anonymThis app doesn't track the km/miles as you do them. Me and my friend ran for 30 mins quite fast atvthe speed we did a 5km in and it sed we did 0.5km and when i converted it to miles the distance stayed the same. 1/5
Brandon by anonymWorked great for the first use. Then would force close after I would try to use it again. Needs fixed 2/5
I want to like it... by anonymIntuitive app, but is very glitchy on my Droid 2. Sometimes can't get it to stop running, sometimes can't get it to keep running! Also can't seem to get accurate step count, closest is ~10% off. 2/5
Horrable by anonymNot work in background, sound echoes old values on reset and go faster/slower has no control. 1/5
Didn't work as expected by anonymWorked for a short time, but when I tried to check my stats later the same day everything was set back to 0. It seems this app can only be used to measure short distances, not your steps taken for a whole day. Droid2 global. 1/5
Simple and easy by anonymGreat little app. And it doesn't drain my battery! I'd say its about 80% accurate but that's about what you can expect froma smartphone app. 5/5
inaccurate by anonyminaccurate..told me i had burned >3000 calories after id turned it on for a couple of hours. you just have to pick your phone up and it counts it as steps. like the idea of it and layout though.. 2/5
works great by anonymput it on high sensitivity for Samsung Captivate. Walking the green mile from hotel room to lobby is more fun..158 steps..very accurate. no crashes 5/5
Does not work at all! by anonymDroid X. On the highest sensitivity, 3 steps counted as 38! At the middle setting, 19 counted as 35! the lowest setting just didn't count at all! :( 2/5
So so by anonymIt is great for when u r using it for a short period of time. If trying to use it all day it keeps resetting to 0. Also no way to save any data! 3/5
Diary of a mad white runner by anonymI just got this Droid x2 and once the screen turns off it stops counting; if you hit the home button it stops counting. The screen does not have a time out option. Which drains the battery because the screen is on. Going back to my NB pedometer watch 1/5
Excellent program but... by anonymAlthough un-installing, giving app five stars because the reason for the un-install is NOT the programmer's fault. Some phone manufacturers allow the sensor to operate with the phone's screen off and some does not. Mine, however, does not and am not willing use up the battery by keeping the screen on all the time, especally since I already have a pedometer stand alone unit. 5/5
by anonymUnder counted my steps. Phone has to stay on. Soon as screen locks the app stops. This mean touch screen is always active. 1/5
Good for a free app by anonymGotta say it has worked pretty well in some testing with an out-dated MyTouch 3G, don't have the issue of not counting when the screen is off. For others who are trying this out check in the settings and adjust if it is too sensitive or not sensitive enough, these seemed to work for me. Also agreed with others in terms of having a logging option over the course of time would be nice. Depends on accelerometer, so works best if held against your leg/waistline otherwise misses steps swinging in big pockets. 5/5
by anonymTerrible cuz i counted 50 steps and it said 2 steps and i dident even want to give it one star but it told me i had to 1/5
Bloody terrible!!!! by anonymBloody terrible!like after 200 bloody steps it goes back to bloody old 0! I CAN'T STAND IT!!!!!!!!!!!! MY LITTLE GIRL HAD IT ON HER PHONE AND IT WAS A HUGE BLOODY OF TIME NOBODY I MEAN NOBODY GET THIS OR YOU WILL BE WASTING A WHOLE BLOODY AMOUNT OF TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1/5
Review by anonymTerrific app just make your adjustments and thats it. It is very accurate and no problem in the sleep mode it even will talk the stats to you, start it and stop it anytime my phone is an htc sensation this really is a quality app. 5/5
Not so accurate by anonymSo, I downloaded this app and then fell asleep with my phone next to me, app still running. When I woke up, the pedometer informed me that since I'd last checked, I had walked 14,000 steps, or about 5 miles. Either this thing is shockingly inaccurate or I am a very impressive sleep walker 1/5
Wow by anonymThis is a horrible app for running I tested it on a 1mile trail and it told me I only went .4 miles I only gave it a star because it won't let you post a comment with out one 1/5
Random closes and stops working by anonymDoesn't stay running. It ends on its own and doesn't keep track of the steps. Uninstalling it today. I've tried running it multiple times over months of time. Still hasn't changed. 1/5
Major Issues by anonymAlthough I like you can change the sensitivity the app randomly closes and starts recounting steps starting at zero. I have kept the app open and tried several times to get it to work but it just doesn't. 2/5
