Finds some things, not others. by anonymMany times 50% or so the barcode SKU# scan produced no information on the product. It is just okay informateion when found it is old or incorrect price display. Store list limited. There is no way to sort your results so it takes a long time finding the best availibility and price so a lot of time wasted looking through the results. Must be able to generic and advanced level searches. Entering a new item is cumbursome. Amazon is much better at finding what you want easily and quickly. 4/5

Standing in store and don't see item by anonymStanding in Lowes and scanned several items. Found the items but didn't show the Lowes' price. So I tried to enter the price and the only option is to enter a sales price. I don't see any options for just adding a store's normal price. It seems the whole idea of this working is to allow crowd sourcing. Unless Shop Savvy is only displaying results based on paid ads? Not sure why else they wouldn't want us updating prices for them. 2/5

ShopSavvy Barcode Scanner by anonymThis app is great. I went in to Best Buy to buy a Blu-ray player for my father and the sales associate used this app to price match for us. And the prices were right on to the cent ;-) So yes I use this app now. Who ever is hating on it must be because you can not understand enough to use it. 5/5

Not as expected. by anonymScan a barcode for toilet paper and a description for Spanx comes up. Then it says to notify of a better price found and there's no place to insert the store name. I'll keep looking 1/5

Only searches online sales by anonymIf you have a UPC & can scan it, you can seemingly search for any product (haven't found any issues even on unique items). But, if you don't have a code & try to do a text search for the product name, it only searches "online sales" and doesn't return results. Not sure if this is because the item isn't on sale anywhere or if the search capabilities aren't robust, but it makes the app pretty useless because more often than not, you search by name and it doesn't work. 2/5

Scan Everything. Every Where! by anonymI have been scanning products I'm about to purchase in all kinds of stores. Sometimes the online prices are matched. If not you have the local store price that is for me 100% matched. Awesome. Saved much already. 5/5

New and worsened! by anonymWhat happened to being able to submit prices for local stores and adding/editing products, what happened to Shopsavvy being a useful tool for comparing prices on useful things like groceries, household items and such, not just focusing on fashion and toys? Why is it that when I search for something I always get "no results" or whatever the equivalent is, why can't I add a product? I used to like this app...not so much anymore. :( 2/5
Useless by anonymI don't know what it can do as it isn't able to read a simple barcode. Any other app does it instantly while this app continuously tries to focus and nothing more. Useless so I will uninstall it in a moment. 1/5

Confused :/ by anonymTested the app from home and it recognized the bar code on my peanut butter as headcovers for a golf stick. :/ I would add the product but as you can see, it is already "recognized." Great idea! The app just seems to cover high end/ more popular shopping centers. Larger spectrum would be nice. Doesn't seem to be what I was looking for, although I do think the above issue should be diagnosed. Hope to see updates soon! 2/5
