Good app but too slow to close trades by anonymThis is a great app to start out cfd trading. I dont see why others are having trouble uploading documents, if its rejected then they tell you why in an email. I had trouble with proof of adress but i downloaded a scanner app and sent a scanned photo and they accepted intantly. Only problem i have is as others have mentioned is that when closing a trade it takes too long affecting gains. If this cam be fixed then 5 stars all the way 4/5

Not satisfied... by anonymTo make the withdraw, you will need to fill up some documents, sow I follow the instructions, EMAIL: done, ID : done, Phone : done, but address : REJECTED. WHY PLUS 500? Account upgrade by anonymShortly after opening I was automatically upgraded to gold; the minimum amout became restrictively large so stopped me trading temporarily. I emailed them and they returned my account to normal within 24hours. Otherwize I really like it but I have yet to attempt a withdrawal. 4/5
Well designed, login issues, waiting withdrawal by anonymThe application is very neatly designed and easy to use. It is fun. Although, it logs out frequently and has three or four failed login attempts before the successfull login. Moreover, i have logged a withdrawal request for a minimum amount just to check their service and will post as soon as the request has been carried out. With few bug fixes and successful timely withdrawal, I'll rate the app and service as 5 star. Not yet though.... It has been done, the transfer, so giving five stars as mentioned. 5/5
