Uninstalling by anonym I'm dropping this from my phone due to the 10 article limit. 1/5
10 Article limit by anonym Dropping now because of the 10 Article limit. Great app but dissapointing they changed it. If they go back to the original I will re-install 1/5
Sucks by anonym I like the WP but why pay for an app that doesn't even work? 2/5
Good when it works by anonym I like reading the articles, and the diversity of opinion in the blogs, but the app keeps crashing. When it does crash, I keep getting notices even after reporting the crash. I'd rate 5 stars if it would stay up. 3/5
NOT WORKING! ! by anonym The app keeps stopping since the last update two days ago. I can't even get through an article before it crashes. FIX THIS!!!! Ben Bradlee would not put up with this!! Samsung Galaxy S4 1/5
Used to be my go-to news app by anonym Changed to a 10 article per month limit. Banner ads not enough? I get that a profit needs to be made, but I will switch to Feedly and other third-party apps to redirect and get the articles for free. Just seems like a silly move. Uninstalled. 2/5
Uses an obscene amount of background data by anonym Since the latest update (10/20/2014), the app is using an obscene amount of background (cellular) data, 10-15MB *per day* when it should only be updating over WiFi when I use the app. I don't even use the app every day, and yet it is still using that much data? Uninstalled. 1/5
by anonym I get it 5/5
by anonym Buggy and badly dysfunctional 1/5

Pretty Good, but by anonym Some issues. Headlines have some funkiness, and hard to personaluze. 3/5
Best news ap by anonym Only one worth paying for 5/5
Can't justify price by anonym I'll miss you WaPost. I've really enjoyed reading you over the years. But I can't justify paying $15/month for the news. I'll have to find a free/cheaper alternative even if it's not quite as good. 1/5
No more insult... by anonym If you insult my religion ...you insult me...no more my or my friends support..boycott.. 1/5
Poor software by anonym The app crashes more often than not on my galaxy. 2/5
App crashes constantly on HTC One M8 by anonym I enjoy the contents of The WP however this app must have a serious bug. The WP app crashes constantly on my HTC One M8 with the "WP has stopped working" msg constantly being presented. . I have de installed and re-installed many times. Sometimes the msg pops up several times an hour. It has gotten so bad that I am doing a final uninstall. Will read from a Web browser from now on. If this is a general problem with the app, it's a shame WP is allowing such buggy app to turn their name into mud. 1/5
$14.99 per month, really??!!! by anonym Great articles but there is no way it's worth $14.99 per month. WP needs to better understand its market in today's digital world on top of reaching out to a wider audience (like those overseas) who may not be able to afford the monthly payment. I'm uninstalling this app. 1/5
Pay? by anonym Start reading and it says its just a trail and i need to pay, so its a waste 1/5
Unfortunately the WP App has stopped by anonym Almost all the time I try to use it. 1/5
Better with each release by anonym Best news app I've seen, and I've tried them all. Speedy and good navigation. 5/5
Why by anonym Love reading the Washington Post but this ten article limit sucks. Come on man !!!!!! 1/5
Data hog by anonym This will burn through your data. I have 2.6.13. All notifications and synchronization options are off. Yet it burned through 27 MB of data in the last 24 hours and I haven't used it in over a week. Second highest data usage behind Chrome and ahead of Gmail, Facebook and all of my other news and weather apps 1/5
Uninstalling by anonym It has taken 30% of my battery today and I haven't even looked at it. Beware. I'm using a galaxy note 4 1/5
Battery drain by anonym Hadn't even opened it once and it was draining my battery.35% of battery usage was WP app. I had to delete it before even using it. 1/5
Is there a good news app out there? by anonym I thought I had finally found an excellent news app in the Washington Post and take it from someone who has gone through almost every news app trying to find one that updates news regularly and has good writers, and is all around a great news app, but I was wrong. If I have to pay $14.99 a month, it would be nice if the stories were not days old and were more up to date. Not paying $14.99 anymore! 2/5
Ridiculous Fee, Greedy by anonym You were making money off me already with ads now you think your little app is worth $15? Sorry you've just lost any money you could've made by being so self serving. News needs to be free and there's plenty of other places for me to get it. 1/5
Storage hungry by anonym Lately, I've noticed a lack of storage on my device. Turns out this app was using nearly 4 GB(!!!) Clearing the data usage works, but seven days later and the usage is back above 1GB. Subsequently it settled at about 750 MB, so this may have been a transitional issue.??Also, the app stops unpredictably when the internet is not available. 2/5
Just went Paywall by anonym I enjoyed this app until they started asking me for money. Go elsewhere for your 'news' 1/5
Needs option for SD card by anonym Would be a great app except there is no option to move cache data (often near 300mb) to my SD card. 1/5
Great News Source by anonym This app is next best thing to the actual tactile product. 5/5
I shouldn't be paying for the news by anonym I've had this app for about six years now, and have enjoyed it about until a couple months ago. Now they want me to pay for have the news paper Rediclous. 2/5
It is $14.99 a month app. by anonym For me internet means free access to the information which is available to one and all, all over the globe. Washington post is deviating from that stand and has chosen to charge $14.99 a month for there app which I find illogical. In this part of the world where most people earn less than $5 a day how on earth they can subscribe by paying $14.99 a month when 10s of news sites are available free if not thousands of them, some of them with as good article as on WP. So good luck to WP, I am uninstalling. 1/5
Good journalism costs money by anonym This is to all the people complaining about paying for the newspaper. To get good journalism you need to have good journalists and guess what?... Good journalists need to be paid for their services. Sure you may be able to get decent news elsewhere for free at the moment. The main reason for this is that there are a lot of good unemployed journalists willing to work cheap. But this will not last. As people realize that journalism no longer pays, less and less of our best and brightest will enter the profession. Good journalism will die and we will all be worse off as a result. So please, if you can afford it, support good journalism and don't whine about 50 cents a day for the newspaper. 5/5
App is buggy by anonym Good news cost money. My gripe is not with cost. Tried app for three weeks and found not all news sections would update, even when attempted manually. If I can't get new news the app is useless. Canceled subscription 1/5
Goodbye, App by anonym I used to be able to read unlimited articles on here for free. Now you get 10 free articles before having to pay for subscription. It's a shame, because The Washington post's unique position and approach to news is a vital service to the United States. I don't really blame them, I know they are on a tight budget these days, but I can't afford it either. Oh well, so long, App. 3/5
