Must have app to be informed of messages, email, etc.. However, I noticed some issues with the app where it would give me a black screen and not allow me to do anything. Pressing the power button will turn off the screen, pressing it again will display a black noled screen. Sometimes the home button is available and clicking that may work occasionally. This has happened on both my nexus 4 and my wifes galaxy s4. 4/5

This app was a 5 star app for awhile but lately it's constantly freezing and wont even let me in my phone even if I push the back button, it will also stay dark or say not responding and if I put close..nothing, if I push wait.nothing again. I end up having to do a total reset and completely reboot my phone almost every time I use it. It should not take minutes to get in to my phone. What if I have an emergency? I have to uninstall because I can not take that kind of risk over an app that USED 2b 5 stars 2/5

As the galaxy note gt-n7000 doesn't have an led light for making you aware of received message's, emails etc this is an essential App. You can also be notified via coloured squares or icons for all your other apps such as whatsapp and Facebook. The talkback problem seems to have been rectified now so as far as I'm aware it's perfect. 5/5

a savior for me, since its so easy to see if i had any missed calls, msg or anything else i configure it to! Great simple app! update: i still use this app even after upgrading to newer hardware that has LED indicators. i find this app is more obvious easier to see than the LED lol 5/5

Downloaded on my Samsung Galaxy S3 and it works perfectly! I love having this and being able to customize settings. My friends think it's funny to see my contacts "dancing" on my screen, but I love being able to see who called or texted me without having to go to that app. It helps me to screen my calls and texts, especially when I'm unable to get to my phone. Let's think about this for a minute. Would you rather have a notification light (if you even have one ) that blinks to tell you that you missed a call or text or email OR would you rather see the persons face/image from your contacts to tell you WHO you missed that call, text or email from. It's such a no brainer !! GET THIS APP you won't be sorry. Excellent Work !!!!! 5 STARS 5/5

This is a really useful app for anyone that has bought a phone without realising that there is no notification LED. I wish Samsung would fix the talkback bug though, that would improve the app. Still a 5 star as it's not the developer's fault. 5/5

Worked ok till I upgraded my phone to android 4. Screen would flash on and off every 10 seconds. Sorry guys but uninstalling it fixed my problem. Using a Samsung Galaxy S Advance. 3/5

Really like this app, but it needs more design consistency. Support for a wider range of apps with consistent minimalist icon designs, and a consistent elegant font. Functionality-wise, this app is very cool. 4/5

Amazing app! love it. Only problem is it shows I have a viber notification with a 3 in red beside it. Ive checked on viber and I dont have any new messages or calls and ive deleted my history but it still remains. Even with that its still 5 stars! Well done! 5/5

Love it, couldn't live without it. First used on my Vibrant and been a devotee since. Just bought my first non-amoled phone so battery life is a major concern. Please add ability for profiles regarding battery vs plugged-in conditions. Mainly, I'd like the app to have full time notifications while plugged in. 5/5

Once haptic feedback option popped up, I switched it on. Now there is no way to switch haptic feedback off and its getting quite annoying. I switched off accessibility and uninstalled the app, yet I still have haptic feedback. Please fix this irritating bug. Reply to this rating please. 1/5

I love this app & used it for several months until my galaxy s2 got an update & now can't turn noLED on without also turning talkback on! Now searching for an alternative 3/5

While I love that I can see my notifications on my screen since I don't have LED on my Galaxy S2, NoLED is a HUGE battery drainer. I installed a different launcher to be able to use NoLED again after the Jellybean update but this is going to have to be changed. I can't keep charging my battery multiple times a day. Also, when I receive a phone call, it does not "wake my phone up". 2/5

Please : -Allow us to align the notifiction -Fix bbm notification which always pop up by itself -battery saving features, the proximity sensor oftenly not working.. while my samsung grand's proximity sensor i've checked it works perfectly..the proximity sensor only got the problem with this noLED application.. Beside all of those, this is a great application for me so far.. please give us the update with those bug fixing.. 4/5

My Nokia n8 had a feature called Sleeping Screen. It was fantastic since oled displays are capable of only lighting the pixels used for the picture rather than the entire screen so it wasn't draining on the battery. Sleeping screen could not only show notifications and a clock, but also have images displayed at a lower res. I even modded nokias version with my own screens, google chillerhippie sleeping screen. I would love it to become androids own sleeping screen. It's so close! Keep up the good work! 4/5

This is just great for my samsung galaxy s4 mini which has no notification led. Spares me the trouble of constantly pressing a button to check for missed calls. I also love the permanent clock which was a feature I missed from my previous nokia c7 5/5

I seriously couldn't live without this app. It is my favorite and always the first one to be installed. Unfortunately, the most recent update of Hangouts with Voice integration has broken it. MMS is not recognized within the app, thereby not showing a NoLED notification. And if I turn on Hangouts as an app to monitor, I don't get the contact photo. I've been waiting for a 'contact photo' option to show as the notification for a while to be able to use with the Google Voice app, and I thought an update for Hangouts would help but apparently it hasn't. Hoping it gets updated soon, I love this app! 3/5

I have a Samsung mini s3 and it works great. Make sure you activate the proximity sensor. If u get a alert while your phone is in your bag or pocket it will continue to flash. Thus draining your battery. 5/5

Works great. I'm very pleased with this spp. It does exactly what its supposed to do. Please try to fix the issue where TalkBack keeps getting activated by itself. It's very annoying. Plus it constantly shuts off and I have to keep going to settings to switch No Led batch on. 5/5

Using a Galaxy S2. This app does what it advertises, showing an icon/dot as custom notification. So far, so good. But then there's the bad stuff: - the option 'launch app when long pressing icon' does not work, (long) pressing the icon/dot does absolutely nothing - 'blink' option does not work at all. and worst of all: - battery DRAIN! I noticed a pretty big increase in battery usage the past couple of days. I decided to do a quick simple test: phone was idle for 4 hours. NoLED off: 9% battery in 2 hours, NoLED on: 17% battery in 2 hours! Even without any notifications. So only enabling NoLED almost doubled the battery usage. So in short: the basics work, the extra's do not and it drains my battery. 2/5

No lcd has been very good i like the concept and I am using it on my galaxy note N7000 but there is a problem, I am not able to have theme installed. They are already in /sdcard/NoLed/themes and shows up for theme selection. But it defaults again to old square colors. Any help? 4/5

The gmail notification goes on sometimes even if I dont receive new emails in my inbox. Can you take a look into that please? Maybe the new social and promotional inbox (which I never check) on gmail are taken into account? 4/5

You know all the low ratings you have had is because of the Samsung phones. Some Samsung phones have a feature to automatically turn the screen on after you receive a message causing NoLED to not work but only if your phone charges. Make a button where the phone has to have permission to let NoLED control its screen Much thanks 2/5

I've installed NoLED and Weather on my Verizon MOTO X. The test screen works, but it never activates. Rebooted 2 times and Accessibility is on. Like the idea but can't get it to work. 3/5
