Only one that works by anonymThis is the only app that doesn't lag when creating the ringtones and actually works with the S3. It does crash when backing out and I wish it didn't close after creating a ringtone. For those of you missing the zoom, it's still there. Just pinch the screen. Also, I would love to be able to change the volume of the ringtone I am creating. I have some very loud ringtones and even at the lowest volume setting, they are super loud and obnoxious. 4/5
Does exactly what it says by anonymMost apps come with compromises - whether it's the functionality or the design or annoying ads - it's rare to find something that does a perfect job of what I need it to do. Ringdroid reached that pinnacle for me today. I create my own tracks and just wanted to quickly create a ringtone from some of my own music . Ringdroid does this extremely well and all within my phone. Had two ringtones set up in a couple of minutes. Brilliant. 5/5

Turned to crap by anonymI used to really like this app but now after some updates the ringtone shows up twice in my ringtone library. The ringtone library is long enough with all the pre-installed ones. Fix it or be # 1 loser poor app forever 1/5
.worked well untill i tried to find the ringtone by anonymCouldn't find the ringtone or even the app, even with xplore, so couldn't send it to my phone... only in the app itself and only in the app music directory. Useless imo, even if it was flawless in the actual cutting of the music. Byebye 2/5
A past legend by anonymThis app was the best of its kind back in the day but I believe the developers gave up on it. Android has changed quite a bit in the last year and this has caused the app to crash A LOT. It still does its thing but the crashes male it unusable. Goodbye, old friend. 3/5
Second time user... by anonymI just recently got a new phone so I had to download this app again but when u select a song to customize some of the files that you open only have like 2 sec of song. First time I've ever seen it do that. And what happened to being able to zoom in while customizing your ringtone? Without being able to zoom in its much harder to get the exact spot where you want the start/stop cursors to be. THIS APP NEEDS THOSE FIXED ASAP. Without those it went from 5 stars to 2. 2/5
by anonymI downloaded this app again hoping for an improvement. Sadly worse. Had a friend call me to see how my ringtone sounded and it was extremely jumpy and skipped. Sounded scratchy and odd. Uninstalling again. Used to LOVE this app; update doesn't read any of my music so I'm unable to even use this app anymore. Had to uninstall 1/5

Crash Master by anonymI must congratulate this app for mastering the art of crashing. With every attempt to ring tone the hell outta some of my favorite mp3s, it crashed. Well done development team! If this was developed to crash, I'll give it a 5 star rating. Alas however, it was not made for that I presume (kindly correct me if I'm wrong). Another issue, where are the snippets/snips stored? I can't seem to locate the few songs I have been able to work on. Would I require some sort of map to locate them? Please help. 1/5
WTF?? by anonymI don't know what happened, but this no longer works! It won't load the entire song and when I back out, it causes my phone to freeze to the point of doing a battery pull.. PLEASE FIX, this was my favorite app!! :-( 2/5
Perfect & Easy by anonymI looked at several apps based on recommendations from several Galaxy Nexus forums. I settled on this one because it was so easy to use and it will convert any music file into a ring tone, a notification or music file that will be recognized by my phone. It's great! 5/5
Almost by anonymOkay, I like it a lot - my gripe is not being able to set an edited piece to loop for you prior to saving so you can be sure you've got the ends right... Is is possible with this app (ie have I missed it somehow) or a poor oversight? 3/5
Used to Love this App by anonymThis app has been one of my long time favorites, but unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be working on Android 4.4, Kit Kat. When editing a ringtone, everything works fine, and it seems to save fine. However, after you exit the app and actually attempt to assign it to a contact, the name of the ringtone you created shows up, however, instead of the ringtone you created playing, it just makes a single beep tone. 1/5

Galaxy note by anonymOnly loads around 40 seconds of any song and forces close more times than it work. All in all its terrible. Which is a shame as it was great on my last two phones. Once again an 'update' has ruined a brilliant app. Please fix it dev. 1/5
Amazing, but.... by anonymI love this app. The only issues I have with it are the fact you folks removed the zoom feature and that it can't read 3 ga media files (that's what it says). I have a recording I want to make into an alarm clock sound so PLEASE remedy this blip 5/5

Only one major flaw by anonymThis app crashes when I am looking at a sound and decide to not do anything and back out of it. I don't even know for sure that that's a problem, but seeing that warning pop up always makes me a tiny bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, this app is wonderful. Simple, efficient, and effective. Highly recommended. 4/5

Sucks by anonymI've been using this app for almost 2 years and never had a problem with it until now for some reason now my ring tones wont save and it keeps putting on the default ringtone. I'm not sure if its my phone but would you please fix it? I'm suing the Droid Ultra. 2/5

This app was ruined sadly by anonymI have been using this app since the G1 but when my Galaxy S3 updated to jelly bean the app now speeds up all my music x4 when editing. Please fix this. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Happens with all music. 1/5
by anonymThis really handy, but the only way to hear a track is to go into editing mode, and if I try to back out of editing mode the app crashes. Every. Time. It's very tiresome if you're trying to decide on a sound clip.? 3/5

Unusable by anonymI've had this app for years. It used to crash often but I was at least able to make ringtones. Now it crashes so much I can't do anything. I also miss the zoom feature. 2/5
Does what it's supposed to do by anonymIt just works. If you need a program to make MP3s in to ringtones/notifications/alarms/ or just trim up a song, this is the app. But, I have one problem. When going from portrait to landscape it resets your timeline. Not that it's a huge issue and takes a few seconds to reposition, it's still annoying. 4/5
Update? by anonymUpdates nowa days seem to dumb down apps or corrupt them. I had this app ever since G1 recently updated and now everytime i make a new ringtone or notification it plays back distorted and sounds digital like going in and out smh.. Maybe they'll do another UPDATE lol Gonna give ringtone maker a try :-) Edit: movie maker lil slow but works fine :-) 1/5
