Hate This App by anonymFirst of all its pointless to even have 2nd of all it invades your privacy and gives. I don't need 2 apps for one that's dumb. I don't need.people faces poppin up on my dam fone when I get a message. Feds is mos def watching on this one read your app info. 1/5
Session expired by anonymI understand that my session is expired after my password changed but please I'd appreciate it if it would stop reminding me every single time I try to sign back in. I can't even stay on the app long enough to report a problem. Please fix, thanks. 3/5
by anonymAbsolutley hate the fact that i have to have messenger on my phone to get my facebook messages! The only reason i ever download it is when someone is messaging me alot and i dont have the battery to be on my browser then i take it back off immediately! This is ridiculous!! Please let us go back to messaging on our facebook app! After all i have a brand new lg g3 and this is the only app that makes my phone slow down or act up please fix!!! 2/5
Messenger by anonymI've never had any problems using this app, but lately I can't send messages. It keeps kicking me off. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn't work! This sucks! 1/5
Horrible Resource Usage by anonymForced to install it at first and liked the ease of use. However, I noticed my phone (Galaxy s5) heating up, lagging, batt.drain, without running any apps (since messenger runs in the background), uninstalled Fb's extraneous garbage and it ran like a top tier smartphone again. I recently have had to communicate frequently on Fb message and getting notified on the app but having to reply on the web based fb was getting annoying, so I decided to give Fb msg another try.Noticing same issues again. Do the developers even read these? by anonymThis app sucks it has changed my phone from a useful tool to a sluggish POS. Read all the MANY other 1 star ratings and paste here. Either FIX it or go back to the way it was BEFORE we were FORCED to install this POS. UNINSTALLING!! Will just post a private message on my timeline if I need to message someone... 1/5
Dumb by anonymI hate this thing so much i wanna go back to fb messaging in the fb app not this stupid thing. Shers by anonymDon't like being forced to download an app, as in the only way I can do private fb email since trading my iPhone for Samsung. And it still runs when I'm signed out of fb. I have private email, why do I have to be forced to this app for fb emails. 2/5
Poor by anonymApp keeps on rebooting my phone randomly and had to uninstall. And no way to undelete messages when deleted by accident (where is the trash can). Only redeeming feature is the design of the app which is nice. Overall extremely poor from Facebook, big companies should be able to make stable apps and have features to regain lost chats. 1/5
Dumbest app in the universe by anonymI hate this "app". I have to be forced just to talk to people because I don't have their numbers. When you download this "app" all you are doing is giving all your personal information out to the whole world to see. I took duck tape to cover my cameras so that no won can see how I look like. Facebook made this app and probably selling your information to people around the world that u don't even know. I hate this "app" so much I don't even want to give it a star. 1/5
Inconvenience by anonymIf you try to scroll up to see older messages it keeps resetting it back to most recent. Very frustrating to deal with especially when you're looking for something important. I NEED to be able to scroll up messages without being reset. 2/5

This app is great! by anonymDon't listen to all the crap about spyware, it needs access to your camera so u can take and send pictures, and it is open always for u can instantly receive messages, it is really great, it doesn't lag for me or open randomly, the chat heads are great! Really quick and easy. All these people just don't know anything about technology. 5/5

Contact's ringing you by anonymI hate how the app doesn't allow you to disable contacts ringing you. If you want some one to be able to call you you would give them your number. This messenger allows people to ring you (face time) through this app, getting calls via messenger at silly o clock is not fun 2/5

I'm forced to install it. by anonymWell! This app is way good, but I actully don't really need it. It takes a lot of space in my RAM. Sometimes I just want to ignore few conversations, but this app just don't allow me to. I think reply through my facebook app is much better than repling through this app. Facebook! Notifications are annoying by anonymThe app is OK, but not being able to remove notifications (other than using the Android Settings) is a pain. First they force us to install this app in order to see messages, then they don't let us suppress notifications... Well done Facebook. 1/5

Hate the forced installation by anonymIt is worth mentioning that people have limited memory and Facebook eats a lot of RAM and on top of that you want us to install another app?? I can understand that we might be missing on some features by not using this app, but it is a conscious decision. You have no right to force your apps, make your Messenger the best and we will use it. Don't just force it on us, let us use the regular app for chatting. I hate this move by you fb ? 1/5
Horrible app by anonymThe app keeps on force closing and gives a message of "Messenger has stopped working". All my other applications are working fine, I even rebooted my phone so it has got nothing to do with the phone. And the fact that you have to have acces to all our private innformation is very wrong. Facebook has to start making some changes cause from the looks of it, you are getting more and more negative comments everyday. 1/5

Don't like? Don't use by anonymI see a lot of people complain about the "forced" installation. You can save on lots of that precious storage space by just using the mobile browser. I think it has come a long way from when I first started using this app. I like the improvements and see that it is getting smoother and smoother. 4/5

Rating this App by anonymI don't like the fact that my mic as well as other things can be turned on any time by these apps. There is a lot of privacy that just goes out the door. Why do you need access to so many private things on our phones? This is what I would like to know 1/5
