Server Connection Error by anonymI tried sending a 2 page fax to Sprints' toll-free and their local number, but the app said, "Server Connection Error" both times. But in the "history" section this app shows that I've sent two faxes... Also, when I tried to look at my settings, it says that it is "loading account information" but then keeps saying "Server Connection Error". 1/5

Right after I did I was prompted to reenter my email and password and recieved an error message that my email and password were incorrect although it was EXACTLY what I used to set up my account. I checked their website and still couldn't find a prompt to get my password reset. Then I emailed the support team and they asked me to send my email address and they'd send me my password, but after I did a WEEK AGO, STILL NO RESPONSE! THIS IS A SCAM!!! 1/5

Garbage by anonymNever gets past first step...account creation. No matter if you use mobile or wifi connection, it just says "server connection error" I gave it ten separate attempts and NEVER got an account created. Uninstalled and recommend that you not bother with this app! 1/5

Such a convenience by anonymI've had this app for a while.. I bought a 3.99 package for 30 pages. I needed to fax something for school. They received the faxes so this is really convenient when you need to fax something. I just couldn't receive faxes... 4/5

App does not work by anonymAfter installing the app and creating the account, you can't actually login. It just keeps saying invalid. I've tried to login many times and with 2 different email accounts, so It's not a mistake on my part. No one responds at their support email either. If you go to their facebook page it's half created. Honestly, I think the developer abandoned this app realizing that this project is not a profitable venture. I could be wrong, but It looks like no one is at the back of the shop. 1/5
bad resolution on pdf upload by anonymEvo 3D: when I upload a pdf document, the pdf pages appear unclear because the app reduces resolution of uploaded pdf even when I choose optimize for text. Please fix then I will give five stars. Pricing is good, but I wish expiration is set to at least one year instead of six months. 3/5
Horrible app!! by anonymDont waste your time or money, this thing is garbage. Charges for packs starting at 30 for 3$ then sends error messages whenever trying to send fax, plus crappy quality for faxes no master which you choose, pdf, gallery,or picture, and I have an 8 mgpxil. 1/5

Disappointed by anonym12-6-9 Could really use a portable FAX for my career. This app apparently connects only to the AT&T network. I have Wi-Fi access with strong signal, however most of the transmissions fail. Will keep looking and testing this app. 12-6-11 update. I have a full signal on both Wi-Fi and 4G. The 3 attempts made with this app to FAX failed. I want a refund. 1/5
