HTC one (m8) by anonymLove the app works great but before the update I could snap shot the receipts. For back up on my online deposits. But since the new update I can't snapshot anymore and just not my phone alone my friends and familys phones is doing the same thing. Please fix. Then I'll give you five stars. 4/5
No menu, limited functionality by anonymMaybe it's because it's a business account, but I have no menu on left like the screenshots and practically no functionality. Works like a simple and poor mobile web page. 1/5
Slower, harder to use by anonymThe old version was better and easier to use. Login takes forever! One feature that I miss is using the camera flash when taking pictures of the checks. It keeps complaining the photos are too dark, flash is enabled but the app doesn't know how to use it! Also, no other way to contact developers and suggest new features or bugs from within the app. You can't keep using the old version, which makes it even worse... 2/5
Retired Service Tech. by anonymIt was quite a surprise to view the new version of the Chase app, it is a very good job. I had a problem with getting into my account at first, but after calling Chase for help, it was straighten out. I had to change my password, after doing so everything worked out fine. Overall 5?????'s to Chase for a excellent job. 5/5
Too Much Unnecessary Info by anonymUse to be very useful. New app however is filled with a lot of useless info and not enough that's useful. I can only see 6 transactions now due to the poor choice in layout. Please add font options aand that would help. 2/5
Now THIS is more like it! by anonymTell your devs nice work on the interface. Functionality is all still there and the menu (when you hit chase logo) is nice. This is the redesign this app needed desperately and now its much better. 5/5
New app not as useful by anonymOld app did what was needed. New app is just more bling. At least provide some additional view options. 1/5
New Looks by anonymThe new UI looks more welcoming then the old and works well all around. One exeption to this is the user log in prompt. Can this box be programmed to slide up above the keyboard when typing credentials? As it is now you have to close the keyboard after typing the user name and open it again to type the password. This is far from a problem, but would be a nice consideration to make logging in more fluid. 4/5
New Update by anonymThis update from a UI perspective is decent. There are aspects of the old app that I liked better than this version. . My only real issue is the slow response time on Android. I'm using an S4. 4/5
Default account by anonymEvery time I try to pay bills from the app, out reels me that another account is set up as the default account and won't let me change it. I change it online and it stools doesn't recognize the change. I thought the idea was to be able to do everything from the app. Way to go 3/5
Love the redesign, but . . . by anonymThe material design of chase's app looks great, but hates that I can't screenshots when I make a payment. Would love to have a receipt for when I make online bill payments. 4/5
On the go by anonymstarted out with WaMu smooth transferred to Chase. no complaints brick and mortar takes care of me when I need a face to face phone centers do a good job aside from the language issues but hey that's the new world and this app kicks butt for me as I'm on the go. 5/5
by anonymI use this app 10 times a day. I was like wow when it first popped up. Its kinda like the amex app. The nonpending charges need to be a different color. Green! Already paid! Over all its modern look will progress nicely. :) makes the old app look sooo different now. 5/5
No functionality by anonymI've reinstalled multiple times and still have, what looks like, an old version of the app. Very basic. Account list only. No deposit option. No menu. No picture on the login screen. 1/5
Hey material design, nice! by anonymThe app has always worked just fine but was never great to look at. Looked more like an iPhone app port than an actual android app. Now it looks like chase opted to adopt the android L material design and it looks great! 5/5
Needs a couple fixes with updated version by anonymFirst off LOVE the more welcoming design, but the log in is too far down and my keyboard covers it. ??FINALLY, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY I couldn't deposit checks. Says can not connect camera, but my camera works fine. Fix these bugs snd I will give 5?s. Thanks. 3/5
Want the old version back by anonymThe new version keeps crashing whenever I try to do anything on it, I can't tap on any of the menu options because it crashes. I really need an app that I can do more than just look at my balances on. The old version was so much better, I could do everything I wanted with no frills. FIX THIS PLEASE 1/5
Update Sucks! by anonymEver since this app updated itself it will no longer take my mobile deposits. I now have to go into a branch to make deposits every week since I work at a small company that doesn't offer direct deposit. I've tried everything the call center suggested to make it work, many times, but the picture of the check is very fuzzy even though my personal pictures on the camera are crystal clear. I wish I had the option to keep the old version even though it wasn't as pretty. 1/5
Money mongers. by anonymI can't even see my account statements. I couldn't tell where my $$ went if I wanted to monitor it. Just like America, all they give u are more options on how to spend more of ur hard earned money...smh. 1/5
Updated version does not allow transfers on weekends! by anonymIf I could this app a rating of zeroo I would. The new version is absolute crap! I don't know if anyone else has had this issue but the updated version does not allow transfers between my accounts to be scheduled on weekend days. Transfers can be scheduled just fine on weekdays, but not weekends; all Saturdays and Sundays are blocked from being selected. I have contacted chase about this concern and they told me that if I needed to schedule transfers on weekends I needed to call the ATM line. 1/5
