Remember! by anonymWhy can't I remember "There's an APP for everything" ? I should have tried this great Nespresso app ages ago. It knew who I was as soon as I signed in with existing account. Agree with Nataleigh, it's better & easier than website 5/5
Beautiful app by anonymLove the design. Easy to navigate. I agree with the wish list: videos on machine maintenance, CC storage. I'd add that my Web account doesn't seem to recognize my cart from the app. If I start an order on the app I have to either finish on the app, or start over on the website. No integration. Otherwise, beautiful app, just like the rest of the products. 4/5

Unusable by anonymEvery time I try to sign in I get a "code 209" error. This makes the app completely unfit for purpose which is a shame because I really wanted to be able to order from my mobile device. Update: Still get 209 #fail 1/5

Easy to use by anonymSome suggestions:- When apps ask for a credit card number, why don't they split it into groups of 4 digits, like it is displayed on the credit card? Also, when asking to save the credit card details, why don't you have an option to save the details, without saving the CVC 4/5

One of the worst app... by anonymI would expect from some self proclaimed luxury coffee makers to have an actual application, not some crappy HTML 5 / js horrible thing were the design is all taken from iOS. If only there was an api so don't real developers can make a real application... 1/5

Great! Only by anonymIt's not that user friendly. A lot of back and forth. Some of the coffee is listed twice so if you put 10 down for on flavor it auto adds an additional 10 on the second listing. So if they can improve that it would be better. 5/5
