once I use this application then my regular calls are affected. the mic of phone starts producing its own noise. the next party can't hear anything except self produced noise. 1/5

Had my money refunded through paypal after a week of loading $10 credit. Closed the account and had a new one open, loaded some credit and it went in fine but i cant make a single call as it doesnt connect at all. A couple of people i knw are experiencing same connection problems. I have email and dropped messages their Facebook page but no reply. How frustrating is it to top up and not being able to make urgent calls? Is this turning into a scam now after rendering a good service up until last month? But it all depends on the VOIP provider you choose; do compare the rates for the countries you call the most. There is still a bug that requires to restart some phones (i.e. Samsung) before using MobileVOIP (otherwise the recipient does not hear the caller). Use 3G instead of Wifi for better quality. Use Phone to Phone (CallBack) or access numbers for perfect quality. The big problem is that you cannot use a credit card (even a U.S. one) to initially charge/ recharge from some countries (i.e. with IP address in Africa). Why make it difficult if useless; it only serves to lose customers (at least two of my friends I referred) : To solve the problem, use TOR and get a final lP address in a "developed" country. 4/5

Been using this for couple of years. Never had such bad quality calls other than in last few months. They are increasing the price of calls without any notification and regularly on top of 2.31 euros vat for 10 euro credit. Definitely time to move on from this app. 1/5

I see a lot of one star ratings here, but the app is really great and useful. All the one star ratings I see are actually complaining about the voip service their are using through this app. I've been using powervoip with this app for more than two years and no complains at all 5/5

Rate increase multiple fold in last 3-4 month and call quality degraded at the same time. Voice issue persist most of the time. Now it sucks. 1/5

I wish I could rate this less than 1*....this has become such an useless application and good for nothing. I am stuck with it since I recharged credits and I can't utilise that since other side hardly can hear me, also after one audible call you make you have to exit & reopen the application otherwise no sounds but you will be charged.. 1/5

It also sometime gets stuck in speakerphone from the start of a call. Speakerphone button can be highlighted and unlighted but it remains a problem. 3/5

Day by day the service is getting worst than before . A lot of calls drops and lots of jump calls.some times dosent connect yet money is being deducted from your account I hope this is bug and they are not doing it intentionally. I have been using this voip discount since 2 years its never been so bad thought I am using 4g.hope they address these issues. Rates are double... voice clarity is bad & robotic voice. When am making outgoing calls, I can't hear the voice but balance I'll b get deducted. Now am rarely using and started using other net apps for international calls. 1/5

Samsung Quattro microphone doesn't work with this app thus guys can't hear my voice. With reboot it works for one call and for the successive calls this app is not able to get hold on mic. very irritating and waste of time and money. I'll think of other options in case this is not sorted out. 1/5

I have top up my account twice amount of 25 Euros but my voip account is credited once only. I lost my 25 Euros. Who is responsible for that reply me. I can't trust anymore on payment. They can do anything. Even you pay for credit you may not get credit on your account. It might happen. 1/5
