i lost my phone by chaimaea few days ago i lost my phone , and i feel so sad that i can't enter with my profile cause i made a lote of friends there , so please can you make it avaible for us to use it with our original profile and not to create a new one , i hope for an answer and i would be happy if you fix this problem , otherwise this app is the best :à 5/5

Badly designed by anonymThe apps UI is badly designed, both graphically and it's framework, the screenshots are not true to the actual app. The app has also a lot of flaws, messages can be easily erased by accident or are just not received, the user ratings make no sense and it demands payment to be able to use basic features like cover photo or add more images even though they receive advertising fees from users 2/5

My penpals don't reply to me! by anonymI did like this app when I had a few pals to talk to, but after weeks of having this app - they havn't spoken to me! Also the app continuously force closes. Uninstalling. 2/5

by anonymThe verification process takes far too long. And it's upsetting that you must get certain stars in order to speak to others. I think the app forgot that this is a pen pal app, one that should promote communication. However, restricting you to talk to others seems more like a business move as opposed to one for the benefit of the user. I like companies with some form of value and this clearly isn't one of them. Additionally, there doesn't seem to be many active users so you are limited to who you talk to. 1/5

Great app! by anonymFind epenpaler function doesn't work. Can't delete people's comments myself automatically in my stories. Doesn't tell me HOW MANY PEOPLE viewed my profile, only "someone has checked your profile" which... Is useless information. Other than that, it's a really good app to connect with people worldwide! 3/5
Can I get my old profile back by anonymDear Epenpal team, I have installed this app previously on my phone, and by some reason I uninstalled it, but now I would like to installed it again on my tab. ITS AL RIGHT I GUESS by anonymTHE BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE IS MEET PEOPLE AND FIND ANOTHER MESSIAGING APP TO USE TO TALK WITHI really don't have that much of a issue with this app. The sending of a message does take quite a bit from time to time. And I have met some cool friends on here. Verification didn't take long at all. But the 2 things that I hate are the reason why this is 2 Stars YOU CAN NOT UPLOAD OR SEND A PICTURE WITH OUT DOWNLOAD THE AVIARY APP FRIST AND 2ND IF YOU HAVE A 16MP CAMERA YOU CAN FORGET SENDING A PIC it won't let u 2/5
