Great app by anonym I love this app. I only wish that you could type your eight every day ago you could see how much progress you hang done. I'm still working at doing the whole thing it's hard but a good kinda hard. Starting to see that flat belly i wanted.i also wish that they had different varieties of exercises, like lower ab ones. Over all best asp you should so get it. 4/5

Useful little app, but..... by anonym ....I watched this video daily and it made NO difference to my abs. Then I realised That I was supposed to DO the exercises, at which point it actually started to make a difference. Another quick word of warning to anyone thinking of trying these exercises - don't try them on a tiled/marble floor! ;-) 4/5

Pretty good. by anonym Wanted something that focussed on abs. Very nice so far and you can feel it. The only reason this doesn't get a five is because it would be nice if the voice counted down the last few seconds, so that you could have done time to transition to the next move. 4/5
Really great by anonym This app is awesome. As long as you can manage to stick with it you can see results within two weeks and it's notable by week 4. I just do the lil 8 minute workout 5 or 6 times a week and it's wonderful. It even reminds me to actually get off my butt and do it. Super great app. 5/5

Great ab workout by anonym I tried several ab training apps and liked this one best. Maybe a little too difficult for an absolute beginner, but there is a good range of exercises to hit all the abs and feel the burn. Videos are pretty good. 5/5

Really good by anonym Simple, clear demonstration videos and the option to create your own workout is brilliant. Really good for when you are just starting to do proper core sessions at the end of your workout and it's my go to when I have exhausted other workout options. Could do with some more intense workout options, ie v-sits, leg raises holding onto a bar etc. 5/5
