by anonymI implore you not to install this app on your device. It will randomly lock your device and brick it. I have been a customer for years. In the past few months, this app locked me out of my device several times, and I had to go to the website to unlock it. Tonight, that didn't work. This app is not worth the hassle. 1/5
What a F***ing joke by anonymAt first I really love this app did everything I wanted and more until Somebody got into my house and took the laptop which had saved passwords on it and they were lucky enough to guess the password for Cerberus then every password reset I did they were watching screen recording I was going insane I'll give this app 5 stars again if they implement a better logon system including two step authentication. I'd rather the web browser save my username and password because it was the key strokes that were record 1/5
No idea how to use it! by anonymInstalled Cerberus after getting a combined wallet/s7 case and wanted an alarm if my phone was lifted from a restaurant table when locked.....No clue how to do thus after fiddling around, paying for the subscription and searching the web app. Every feature seems to need the phone "rooting " ....how do you do that and what's the affect? Alarms seems to need "rules" which don't offer alarm as an option....I give up.! ..no clue how to make this do what I want. 1/5
Lifetime of service expired by anonymDecent enough app ruined by the expiry if their lifetime of service, first time I've seen a developer grab money so blatantly, won't be buying from them in the future and hope they hold their promises for any new customers. Google's find my phone has also made this app pretty redundant 1/5

Great way to lose customer by anonymJust had my lifetime subscription "expired". I payed for something a now you come up with this, seriously?? Be advised if you buy this app, they can limit your account if you "use" it to much as well. 1/5
My lifetime Licence by anonymUtter con. I paid for my "lifetime Licence" but apparently it's not lifetime, it's now expired. I won't be fooled again. False advertising and illegal I'd have thought. 1/5
Don't trust it! by anonymDeveloper offered a lifetime licence and then reneged the promise. A broken promise once can be another promise broken down the line. Now I find an email from last year that apparently offered a replacement lifetime licence and apparently it was at a cost of $5. Now the fee is 14euro per year. The developer can't make up their mind on how much profit to make. 1/5
It doesn't work by anonymIt doesn't bock power button or status bar on Samsung Galaxy S6 edge plus. I contacted developer/support and they give me step by step of what to do and it still doesn't work. Support says they have no idea of what is happening. =( 1/5
by anonymLIFE TIME LICENCE EXPIRING! Got a message from the Creberus people saying "We deeply apologize, but it was not feasible to make it last for a lifetime, so your license will expire after 3 years of free service, on May 1st 2017" This is totally unacceptable! How can a company go back on its words after giving life time licence! How can we be sure that once when we spend again the licence again gets expired after a specified time! Google need to look into this! All people getting this message should at 1/5

One time fee by anonymIn the video trough minute 1:12 and 1:45, it states that only a one time fee is charged and you have it for life time... On the other hand in the app I see a yearly payment is required. This is misleading. 2/5
Anti thief by anonymSimply the best.... ? update! Use to be my favorite app, ? but now i can care less.. I brought this app years ago and told plenty of people about it... And over the years i upgraded my phones and now cerberus says i have too many devices. So now I have a new anti theft app... FREE! And to think i payed for this app... Hmm. Good concept but doesn't work after it was robbed by anonymUpdate: antivirus on galaxy s6 detecting it as malware. Can't get rid of message. - Orginal: I trusted this app.. Until my phone got robbed from me.. I got device unable to connect to take photos wipe device and gps track... So Then had to get the phone blocked from network... And now all my mates and my landline getting nasty prank calls so clearly someone stole my personal information. Was 5 star.. But seems useless once your phone does get stolen from you, the phone button block didn't work clearly. 2/5

Kindly include enable GPS option and enable mobile data option to make it more secured even after losing smartphone with mobile data off...so that even non root users can also use. 5/5
Malware? by anonymGalaxy S6 started detecting this app as malware, though I've had the app for years on multiple devices without this problem. Not sure if this is an issue on Cerberus' end or Samsung's, however the persistent notification is quite an annoyance. What is going on? 1/5
I used to love it by anonymThen they limited my service. If you're looking to actively track devices, look elsewhere. I paid for a service and I expected to keep the service, but they restricted it because it went against a part of their policy. The policy in question I do not remember seeing when I signed up. The fact that you can't even contact support to discuss reenabling the service once it's restricted makes it feel like a money grab. 1/5
Worked Forever by anonymI've used this for years and only actually 'used' it a few times, but every time I was extremely grateful to have it. Once when my device was lost and turned out to be in the trunk, once when it was lost but turned out to be at work, once when legitimately lost, and once when stolen at a bus stop. "Please return this phone to where you got it." Read aloud over an alarm sound on the bus turns out to be very effective! 5/5
Misleading by anonymSo I tested this on 1 of my kids phone, since you can only test 1 phone for 6 days. Monitor the hell out of it and loved it. So, I purchase the 1 year license for 3 phones coz I have 2 kids. Then when I use it again, I'm immediately blocked because it violates the agreement that the apps cant be used for monitoring, and threatened to block the account forever. You can't tell me that during the 6 days trial? To top it all, the blocking site actually suggest other spy apps that are more expensive, funny huh? 1/5
Please help! by anonymI wanted to deinstall it but i couldnt (app was eating too much of my battery power) but i can. When i go to deactivate i cant do that too. So i removed all permissions from the app and now it always auto opens and tells me to grant permissions but if i do app will drai too much of my battery power... 1/5
Features and user friendly by anonymHas so many features and the website and app is very easy to use. EDIT: They no longer offer lifetime security so you might want to look for another app. Those of you who bought the $5 lifetime security in time are living the good life ?? 5/5
by anonymI see a lot of bad reviews but so far it's worked great for me. The only problem is that my phone is not rooted, since I'm on a plan and don't want to risk losing my warranty, so I cannot activate the GPS service remotely. But besides that it all works pretty well. Sometimes it doesn't block the power button but it just takes unlocking the phone and locking it back again to activate it and then it works fine for a while. 5/5
Subscription Problems by anonymNot only I agree with the lifetime subscription expired people though I never had lifetime subscription. But now when I click "Buy On Play" when it asks for subscription nothing happens. I went to the Google Play's page and what do you know. Apparently I'm paid until next year, so it did work, didn't ask for password but worked, I happily went back to the app but then a message appeared saying I can't buy this subscription from Google Play. So I guess I just paid for a year and didn't get my subscription. 1/5
Forcing a subscription is the new norm by anonymMany apps, like Cerebrus, are removing the ability to make a one-time purchase versus forcing you into a "subscription." This, in turn, prevents you from using any credit balance. You could just as easily send auto email reminders to make a payment like any other service. 1/5
Lifetime license expired? by anonymOk so my lifetime just expired? I have gotten at least 5 people to buy your product. This is complete BS. No reason the old lifetime licenses should have to be removed, just make all future people not be able to get them. Pretty sure it's false advertising to promise lifetime license then say it's expired. Maybe you could get sued for false advertising? 1/5
by anonymThe main feature: 'sending sms' why it worth to keep this app is suppose to be working with super su pro only. That is the big con. To use this app I need to purchase another and this one. I wasted 2 hours for trying to turn on my mobile network by sms and it was not successfully. My phone is rooted and app was in /system/app . Before advertise it, please test it. 1/5
Seems to work, but... by anonymI have used this app for many years now, but when I've had my phone stolen, I have not being able to recover it. It never appears with a recent location update. Also, after I send a remote full wipe instruction, I've never received a confirmation that it has done so. So, I'm still using Cerberus out of mere faith. 3/5
Lifetime license canceled with no refunds by anonymIt was a nice app. I purchased a lifetime license. Then the company decided to go to a subscription model and "converted" those lifetime licenses to a yearly license. Nice to do this unilaterally (sarcasm if it wasn't clear). Stay clear as their business practices are not too good. Also watch the T&Cs as others are reporting accounts being restricted for too much use. 1/5
I've used a couple of free by anonymFind my phone apps, and whilst they are good I've never fully trusted them... Having trialled this for 4 days I'm very confident it is worth the money.... Even if the phone has just been turned on (ie not unlocked yet) this app works... So unless a potential thief thinks to wipe the phone before turning it on then you're laughing... 5/5
