Search doesn't work outside the US by anonymGroupon is a great way to save money unfortunately this app does not provide a proper search for deals outside the United States. 100% of the time I have to Google deals and then open the link with this app. 2/5

Great deals. by anonymAwesome app. I took a trip to the smoky mountains. While the room I got at Groupon wasn't 5star, it was clean, safe, and quiet. About 4 days for just over $100. Couldnt believe it and was almost scared until I saw the room. LOL!!!!! 5/5

First time I used it PROBLEMS.. by anonymCautious about using it again after restaurant purchase remained pending and we were given a Bill for full price of meal. Later the pending purchase changed to a denied status never explained, customer service~ joke. Also bought a Groupon for bowling prior to going it stayed pending nearly the entire time we bowled finally went through at end. We felt stressed the whole day wondering if day would work out. Disappointed. Want to use again for rental car Groupon, but resistant. Nothing wrong w R CCard either 2/5

Great prices on questionable products! by anonymIf I could have returned the product I would have given more stars. I recently purchased a hair straightener product that didn't work. DOESN'T TURN ON I tried to return it but they said I missed the timeframe for returns. I missed it because they went by the day I ordered it and it took too long to get to me because I had to pick it up at the post office. They have great prices but so far I'm not seeing good products. 30 days to return it, would have worked out for me but they have me 14 days 2/5
Deals are great, service sucks by anonymWaited a week for a deal to process, contacted customer service and they replied it was taking longer than usual...obviously.... Then the order had a status of 'failed' and customer service told me there was a 'general decline' on my card and to update my info. I did so, only to find I'd entered the same info I had already. Checked my bank, still have plenty of funds. Luckily, although the deal I had attempted to purchase ended during the time it was processing, I found the same deal that had been reposted. 3/5

Doesn't work by anonymThe app just spins and spins bit won't open. I end up having to use an internet browser to see the deals coming up in my email, and got this to make it easier to access the deals I purchased. Not happy!!! 1/5
Bargains galore by anonymI want to score this low as its costing me a fortune as I keep buying things that keep popping up. But it's saved me loads. And can't fault the app. Deals and local deals are good. Would score higher if it went on my area as opposed to nearest city. But that's me being fussy 4/5

Awesome by anonymApp is constant updates with features and works very well on my phone.
