I like to use 7Digital to buy music in FLAC and MP3 and for that I use their site and it's pretty nice. But the app, while it does have some useful features, is a buggy mess. Updating "My music" hangs, downloading tracks hang, I can't browse music while downloading. Basically it's useless for what I use it for, which is to get music I buy onto my device. If you want to synch your music I recommend just downloading from the web and synch manually, it's a lot faster than using the app. The downloads are so slow that you wonder whether the download server is hosted on a Pentium in somebody's basement, either that or 7Digital has some serious infrastructure problems. Or maybe they just don't want us to use their app... 2/5

The number of albums i lose continue to increase. Used to recommend this to everyone, now I recommend them to avoid. Every time I come to see if my music is back, more albums are unavailable. 2/5

Okay so over my android years ive been using 7digital to download my app. Up to this day ive been using the 7digital sync app on apple play my music i bought from 7digital. However whats going on with these missing songs? And unable to play my songs? Now I will have to spend tons of cash on iTunes to get my playlist back while my android tab will continue to suffer. Oh btw what happened to all the famous artist from the store? I cant even find Taylor Swift or Troye Sivan or Adele even... 2/5

Why do 30 of my album say unfortunately this album is no longer available to download on device and then it says contact customer service if you have any questions it has yellow label on it if this keeps up. I now buy music from Google Play Store and have there streaming music service and pay my 10 bucks a month for streaming at last there'll be able to download all my albums music they erased 30 album of mine and they won't give them back to me problem still not fixed 7digital lost my service forever I haven't bought any music from them for a year 1/5

Have told me too many times now that tracks I have bought are no longer available, which apart from the rank dishonesty of selling stuff they evidently don't even own in the first place, defeats the whole object of online music purchases. I have no issues on my Blackberry Priv. If you buy a song, download it, put it on your SD card and it's yours. No other music store allows you to do that. Stop the whining you music streamers 4/5

I'm trying to get 7digital's attention. Their platform failed and as a result I double purchased some items. I wanted a refund for those items. The problem is that despite an automated email that says they will respond in 2 business days, 9 business days later (and counting) I have yet to get even an acknowledgement that my message has been seen by a human. Needless to say, I will never use this platform again, but I want my refund just for the principle of it! 7digital will you ever respond to customers? 1/5

I like being able to buy FLAC files of my favorite records. FLAC isn't available anywhere else. I've heard that you need to download and back up your purchases since 7-digital doesn't reliably keep them available for you, but I'm okay with that. I can back up my files. It's good to know, going in. 5/5
