Terrible by anonymI am in Houston, downtown, and it just keeps loading and loading and loading. Trying to say that it is an issue with my location when I am in one of the largest cities in the Northern Hemisphere? Sounds much more like an App issue. Don't waste your time on this app. 1/5
to the dev, by anonymthanks for the update guys. i notice the most recent update it takes forever to get a fix and altitude, it just keeps spinning the 'circle'. sometimes its immediate, and i know im in areas outside, unobstructed. any ideas or suggestions? 4/5

Great for when GPS goes haywire by anonymEvery couple of months my GPS goes wacky, I use this app to download my GPS location to get it back on track. Would be nice if there was a widget that had av one click download AGPS Data action. 4/5

Possibly Spyware warning... by anonymNo way to disable once it's installed... runs in background and takes CPU overnight for no reason.... overnight took 39% of battery usage over 9 hours even with GPS off and flight mode....why does it keep running in background? 1/5
by anonymRecently really struggling to get GPS lock. Often can see 7 signals which all vanish when viewing status display. Can take over an hour to get a lock. 3/5

Most comprehensive and stable gps tool by anonymAbsolutely fantastic application. If your gps gets stuck on occasion just open this app to fix. Also use it to troubleshoot whether your app has a problem or there genuinely is a gps black spot. Also has a wealth of information (speed, altitude, etc) 5/5

Sometimes Works, Always Runs? by anonymWhen running the app, the compass always points in the wrong direction. If I recalibrate, 50% of the time, it orients correctly. If I close the app and reopen, it forgets the working calibration. I also noticed that when the app is not running, its GPS icon pops up in the notification bar for no reason. Questionable behavior. This is on a Nexus 6. 2/5
Simple. Stable. Accurate. Adjustable Units. by anonymI wanted a stable accurate GPS app that would report in decimal degrees. This is it. The app has never crashed, it quickly picks up satellites, and has always been accurate. I use this tool to record locations of zoonotic disease incidence so accuracy is essential. 5/5
Good GPS Toolkit, but will drain battery if GPS can't lock on due to environmental conditions (buildings, etc) by anonymLike how I can reset the GPS DATA, and force it to re- download it again. One issue (serious), is that if GPS can't obtain a lock quickly when an app requests location data, this program keeps the GPS active and trying, even long after any apps that requested location data have been exited, and thus helps drain the batteries quicker thru wasted CPU cycles -needs an 'exit' function for when the GPS is not obtainable so the GPS will stop trying when it can't get a lock.. 3/5

Very interesting - if you are into that sort of thing by anonymGreat App, quick to start up and give you all sorts of useful information. At first I was sceptical about the task running in the background when GPS was requested, but after using it I now prefer to "see" the lock quality on any App. The altitude is also very useful. 5/5
Compass is way off by anonymThe compass is really strange. Inside my house the compass points reasonably accurately to the North but when I go outside, it makes North go to the east and the direction of north is roughly at 309 degrees on the app. 3/5
It has everything! by anonymI last used this app on Android 1.4. Now I'm on Nexus 6, Android 5.0.1 and Google Maps screwed my calibration so I downloaded this to fix it and was blown away with the improvements and added features since that first version, all those years ago. I really couldn't praise this any more, as an all-in-one toolbox. I also just discovered the easy-to-use sharing feature for A-GPS location data which is a must have for festival goers. I didn't hesitate to upgrade to pro to show my support and remove the tiny ad. 5/5

Fantastic by anonymI have used this app for two years on my Moto Atrix and on my Moto X and it has proved itself time and again. I went and bought the PRO version and suggest everyone do the same. I noticed the difference while playing Ingress my GPS would be off track and wander after installing this app it's now a work of perfection. 5/5
It's great...but... by anonymWhen I first Google Maps it works fine. But, when I restart Maps at least 10 minutes later...when GPS Status looks for satellites, Maps crashes. I'm running the latest versions of Maps and Google Play Services. HELP! 2/5

Radar keeps hanging by anonymBeen using this for Geocaching for years and have loved it. After a break, we've started using it again, but it constantly hangs when using the radar, rendering the app useless to me. 2/5

Ducked up some months ago by anonymThis app was great until it ducked up the AGPS. At start it works well, but after half an hour its AGPS data gets corrupt and it loses lock. Then I have to close the app, restart it and reset or download AGPS manually. I cant go checking every five minutes whether my GPS works especially when on bike. This causes me to drive straight, as apps regard it as standing and awaiting movement. Uninstalling. 2/5
a great utility well executed by anonymThis app is well recommended for anyone who wants to check their GPS is working well, or anyone with a technical interest in GPS satellites and how your android phone's sensors are used. On the one hand this app hasn't been updated in quite a long time, on the other it is sufficiently well executed that it's ageless. I think if it was brushed up with latest Android style, and tuned up with latest Android API, it'd be well worth five stars. 4/5

Underwhelmed by anonymDon't know why I keep this app. Even downloading agprs it can still take 5 mins+ for a fix... Which means that it's not working well at all. Tried it on multiple phones : all the same. Maybe it's a southern hemisphere thing... But it sees heaps of satellites. I just don't get it, why is this app is so rubbish these days? Used to be lean and mean and accurate and fast. 2/5
by anonymTakes forever to get gps location, I downloaded the app for work to enter coordinates but don't have the 5 min to spare waiting for it to determine where we are. Previous replies to other comments suggest that it's the phone which has issues but other apps have no issues bringing up the information. 3/5
locks my watch by anonymI uploaded this app to my ZGPAX S8 android smartwatch in order to get a GPS fix. Starting the app up it continuously asks for access to my position, after answering that >20 times, I tried any of the other buttons, but nothing worked anymore and my smartwatch was completely frozen. 1/5
I don't know why it worked... by anonym...but it did. I'd been fighting with my phone for weeks; sometimes the gps would work, sometimes not. Sometimes it would work with one app, not another. I was ready to smash it into a million pieces. I installed this, reset and re installed A-GPS data, and BANG. It works. That's good enough for me. 5/5
