Does not work with 3G and 4G by GelchIm dissapointed ,the KBC app just works with WiFi but not with 3G or 4G

Problem after update by anonymEverything was working very well before the update. Now. When I make the transfer, I cannot type. how to make transfer without filling in any field? I think that's rather impossible... I wonder why this update was even issued? To cause problems to ppl? It's useless now and I have to make transfers via website... Huge disappointment... 1/5

Problem with charging prepaid card by anonymHi! It's a great app. However I've recently had several times the message error "erreur générale". Also when I want to charge my prepaid card, I can't change the account which I will use to charge it... It's a bit annoying. Thanks! 2/5

Problems after update by anonymAlways loved this app on my Windows phone. Have it on my new Android phone since couple of weeks. Worked fine until the update last week. First of all I don't like the new screen, tabs are way too small now. Than, I send an email to my agency and they replied but the screen is blank. Can't read the message. I guess I'll have to log into the old kbc online to be able to see it. Other than these little issue's I love the app and what it can do. Getting money from an ATM without using my card rocks! 3/5

Not able to log in to my account by anonymHi team, I am not able to login to app with my debit card. Every time I am getting warning message stating connection problem. I am tried in 4G & wi fi too. I am using Asus zenfone 2 laser handset. Check it and fix the same. 1/5

Betaling uitvoeren via de doccle app & kbc app: hoe ben ik veronderstel om de QR code te scannen van mijn eigen gsm scherm? - 3. Bij betaling via QR code krijg ik melding: geen bankwerkdag. Er is geen gewenste uitvoeringsdatum opgegeven maar als ik dat wel doe werkte het wel. Vandaag is het 15/09. Uitvoeringsdatum heb ik op 16/09 geplaatst. Heel vreemd. 4/5
Receiving payment with Qr code unstable by anonymThe direct transactions via Qr code is handy when going out with friends and dividing the tab at the end. No handling of cash needed. Only pity the app is unstable: add a comment and the Qr code generation fails. If it succeeds Qr code gets scanned, but the app says 'transaction' failed, while it succeeded. Please make these stable! 3/5
by anonymWorks well and fast. Only issue on the new Nexus devices: the camera is flipped upside down when scanning the codes for direct payments, although the scanner still works. This seems like a common issue of many minor apps on new Nexus devices because of the new camera sensor (according to some websites). Sounds like an easy fix for future updates. 4/5
