Its weight is light enough, less than ten MB (3 MB exactly) are needed to save to their device and use it.

Best file manager by anonymEasy & best user interference 5/5
everything u nee by anonymworks well. efficient ux. no barriers. 5/5
Crashes often by anonymLooks and works amazingly up to moving files on my device. Crashes without fail every time I move files around. Really disappointing because it's by far the best ui on an android file manager. 3/5
Disappointing update ? by anonymI can't even go back through the file structure. All i can do start at the beginning by hitting the home button. Don't fix something if it's not broken. This is leaving a lot to be desired from the original app. So frustrating. 3/5
Linda worked, this one does not by anonymNice, dude. I had a perfectly working application (Linda File Manager) able to browse folders and externals cards *and* create lovely shortcuts on tablet's desktop. With this "I'm back" update all shortcuts stopped working and the app doesn't allow to create them any more. It became the most minimalistic and primitive explorer I've ever seen. What have you done? Why? 5/5
Good but... by anonymWhere is the backup feature found in previous versions? 3/5
Quality by anonymThe development has stopped? That's crazy it was ahead of its time. 5/5
Awesome file manager by anonymI thought the sort by date is gone but looks like i just missed it. Icons need more work but i prefer this manager than any other file mgrs out there 4/5
by anonymLinda File Manager is good. Wondering why the developer change it to Discoverer which is much useless and then no more updates... 1/5
Was loyal Linda user by anonymNew version user-interface is less intuitive then the "Linda" version. While there is a cut the facility, the paste facility is missing. Shortening is difficult. All told, some things are improved but not everything. It was enough to downgrade my rating from 4 stars to 2. 2/5
Beautiful File Explorer by anonymThis app is the best looking file explorer on Android by far. Love the Mac style folders and the side bar is fantastic. Would like to see an elegant way to navigate back a folder added in the next release. Please keep developing this, its an amazing start. 5/5
SD Card by anonymI can't get into my external SD card. If the option is there, its not user friendly. 1/5
by anonymIts ok... Kind of hard still for me to find what I'm looking for!? 3/5
Worse than the old Linda by anonymNot sure what happened but Linda had more functionality and simply worked. Discoverer is a thin imitation of Linda. 1/5
Where has the rest gone? by anonymCan't see running programs like the previous version. It seems to be just an sd explorer now 3/5
Change it back by anonymI like the old lay out better I'm switching to es file manager 3/5
No app manager by anonymVery disappointed my phone updated this app. I use it for adding files into my apps. Now I'm searching for another app to get the job done. It says the app manager will be back in future updates but why update the app if all the features aren't ready yet? 2/5
Love the easy install shortcuts by anonymGreat thanks! I almost deleted it when I couldn't find my docs on my external sd card. Then I read your instructions to swipe right or left to get the all important sidebar 5/5
Love the new look but! by anonymcan you please put back the feature were you can back up your apps? 4/5
Ok but doesn't do it's job completely by anonymBy completely I mean you cant acess files on your micro SD card, only the original one in the phone 3/5
Looks Great - Less Functional by anonymIs there a reason that you cannot rename files anymore? 2/5
Missing link to external SD card... by anonymIt seems no one found out that devices such as Iconia B1 have a removable SD card. This app does not have the toolbar shortcut for the secondary SD card, only for the internal one. Even the Astro File Manager (which is seriously bugged) includes a shortcut for both Internal and External SD... please add it soon, the app will be great. 3/5
Name change app was confusing by anonymHey thanks for making Linda manager now discoverer. Just wanted to say I enjoy the new update but was thrown off at first since I had automatic updates turned on. 5/5
Not as use full as it used to be.. by anonymNew update significantly reduces its usefulness.. Plz change it back! 3/5
Almost perfect by anonymIf only the upper bar that says 'discoverer' would be removed to allow more screen space to see list of items, it would be five star perfect. Also, it doesn't allow root functions. Despite this it is my default file explorer. I love it. 4/5
Update!!! by anonymAwesome! Have been using Linda file manager since the G1... now I run it on my S4, S3, S2, Galaxy Note 10.1 - Android developer 5/5
Force closing by anonymEver since the update the app force closes every time I want to move files. this version looks great but I miss the old app 3/5
When is soon? More than a year? by anonym"Application manager coming soon". Well, I highly welcome it as the old Linda Application Manger crashes all the time, and discoverer had been missing this feature now for quite some time... 3/5
by anonymBeautiful and simple ! But can you please change the folder icon ? The OSX one is great but we can have our own ^^ I think that the breadcrumbs bar is taking too much place. Maybe you can put it in the action bar. And the favorites should be in the navigation drawer. 4/5
Still great by anonymStill a great, lightweight file manager, but the update removed some things, hopefully temporarily, such as displaying the PWD. Also would be nice if there was a way to always display long file names, at least in details mode. 5/5
Decent by anonymSorry mate but I feel more attracted by the clean file manager. Also, on orientation change, the navigation drawer or whatever the hell that is (it should be one...) looses the onitemclicklistener. 4/5
Suggestions by anonymOkay. First of all, congratulations on the best looking file manager on Android. The app however is not without its issues. Vertical space is wasted too much. There is a thick title band and another directory space. Please consider merging it into one band. The bottom bar (file selection, sorting etc) behaves strangely when locations are swiped from the left. Consider moving the bottom bar to a right swipe panel (except the refresh button) and move the address bar to the bottom. Will discuss more in email. 4/5
Hmmm by anonymI've always been a loyal Linda user since 2010 but what happened to LAN mode!? I love to copy through LAN sometimes, it's just more convenient. Love the fresh new look though, but please bring back LAN functionality, I have to use TotalCommander to accomplish this now and I hate TC. 5/5
Shortcuts dont work by anonymLinda used to create shortcut icons on my desktop. Discoverer says it does this (long press... "shortcut created") but no icon shows on the desktop. Dl'd a barebones shortcut app that works just fine with my launcher (nova launcher/cm 10.1rc2), so it can be done. 3/5
Good to see change! by anonymJust gonna take a bit of getting readjusted. I would like to see the percentage of my sdcard used. 4/5
Cool...but where's the paste button? by anonymI think this is a great app. Very simple yet striking design.. You have taste man. Anyway, where did the paste option go after copying a file or a folder? 4/5
Ext SD card by anonymThis works better with my s4, finding my ext sd on the old Linda was a pain. But still too many clicks to get there, how about customize home page, ext sd holds way more than int. And it's what I use most 3/5
4.4 issue? by anonymAll of my devices using 4.4 doesn't work too well for this app anymore. I can't view properties anymore as the app crashes. Please fix this, was using LFM since 2009 :( 4/5
Title go here yes?. by anonymIf you try to go up from root directory you get a crash. Glad to see this app alive. Had it on my G1. 5/5
The best I love this app by anonymWow Linda is back and running. I had always used this app since it first came out I love it. The most important thing is the create shortcut that is awesome. 5/5
