Thank you for wasting 30 minutes of my life and I could not make the app work it wouldnt accept a password what a waste of time very annoying by BluemanVery disappointed with this app I wasted 30 minutes trying to make a password it wouldnt take.
Horrible by anonymLots of work needs to be done to make this user friendly. Keeps crashing, login is a pain, option to register through Facebook but then asks for information again, on and on I could go. 1/5
Works well by anonymJust wish I could use the NFC feature with my Samsung Galaxy S6 like when I had my BlackBerry Z30. Even the timmy's staff was always impressed when NFC devices are used. 4/5
Needs tap to pay by anonymJust switched from a blackberry z10 to Galaxy s6 edge and am disappointed with this app. One app I would use everyday was The TimmyMe app and would always tap to pay. Much easier. Hopefully it will come in a upcoming update. I guess it's back to using the physical cards for now. 2/5
You kidding me? by anonymCan't reload. Used to be able to but an upgrade removed that particular option. Setting a password is akin to designing launch codes for nuclear missiles. 1/5
Loaded 2 cards then had to reformat my phone.... by anonymLoaded 2 cards then had to reformat my phone and now I am out $ because the app didn't remember my cards that were loaded for over a month but not used.... Brutal 1/5

Can't reload by anonymFor some reason I am unable to reload my Tims card from the app. It tells me to reload my card at the store. Completely inconvenient!!! The reason I got the app was so I could reload my app any time without having to do it at the store. Waste of time! Also the app doesn't close properly. This app needs to be fixed! 1/5
Not very accurate by anonymCan't find restaurants NOT near me. I cant plan to go to a tims in another part of the city. Only shows the ones near me. And I can't tell you how many times I have arrived at a Tim Hortons and disappointed to find it is not a full service restaurant or even a fresh restaurant. They have a bunch of those unmanned gas station spots that you cannot filter out. 2/5
A Little Effort Would Go A Long Way by anonymHaven't been able to close/exit this app since day one. Having to Home Screen then Task Manager is just lazy programming. Oh, and want to check your Tim's card balance? Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Same with card reloading. The most irritating part though is the "sorry for the inconvenience" messages that have been appearing for quite some time now...apparently the problem is known enough the have an error message but not for a fix. All in all, disappointing. 3/5
You need all that data to register? by anonymBesides my birthday, phone number and address, you guys should also ask for my SIN number and Health card number so u can trade this information with the NSA for a better app! 1/5
Terrible Design by anonymAlways crashes while logging in, kicks you out if you switch to another app ( even when I just open the task window!) Looks like it came straight out of iOS. Overall, needs refinement. 2/5
Tells me too go to the store to reload. by anonymI have used this app since it came out and loved it. I especially liked that you could reload your card from the app before heading out for coffee. Now after telling it how much I would like to put on the card, it tells me to do it at the store and apologizes for the inconvenience. It doesn't matter how much money I try to put on it. Reloading was the reason I downloaded the app! I hope this is temporary . Samsung Gallaxy S4 1/5

Unable to Close by anonymMany updates, uninstalled it, reinstalled it, and still doesn't close. It is about time someone do something about it . What would be the purpose to have this app if it doesn't make it easier than taking out a Tim card? Thanks for trying anyway. 2/5
Useless by anonymWhen I first installed it, the app seemed pretty decent. I searched for some Tim's near where I was driving and everything was listed accurately. Then, a few hours down the road, I wanted to find another Tim's. So I opened the app, but the screen would not refresh. I tried existing the app, but it would not exit. So I hit the GPS symbol & then it accurately showed where I was. But then, apparently, there were no Tim's anywhere within 2 hours away. So, Ottawa has no Tim Hortons?? Delete. 1/5
Cannot exit the software by anonymFunctionality of the software seems to be working well. I haven't tried to reload my card yet but above all, cannot exit out of the software and have to manually force close. End up using the phone resources when not using it. Samsung Note 3. 3/5

Can't reload by anonymWhen is the issue with not being able to reload from the mobile app going to be fixed???? Used to be able to load card from app, not anymore. Cafés don't have scanners set up at drive- thru windows, so you have to hand them your phone. Dont really want a bunch of people handling my phone.What's the point if I can't just drive up, scan and leave. 2/5

Works Great! by anonymJust downloaded this app on my new BlackBerry Priv. I was able load 4 gift cards and merge them. Later today, I was able to pay with no issues with the app. Application is fast and easy to use. Great work on a flawless app. 5/5

Wont let u log in the app by anonymFor some reason as soon as I open the app up it says process failed do to invalid user name but I can go online and sign in with my user name what the hell is wrong with this app 1/5
I used to love it. by anonymI stopped using the app mainly because we are no longer able to reload it in the app itself. Once through the brutal sign up process, I've also had loading problems sitting at the drive thru window. Not to mention getting tired of having to tell the employees you need to hit the tims card button before scanning. Once I can load my card directly in the app again, will come back to it and to Tims. 2/5
Crash on merge cards and manage cards... by anonymDoesn't work for samsung galaxy s 3 even on new update....merging cards....app crash....app exit is also force fully. Need exit out button. just want to smash my phone some sometime but i know it is not a solution for this. 3/5

Going to Starbucks after this review by anonymHonestly this is the worst App I've ever used in my life. It keeps freezing, stalling, and logging me out, the password criteria is ridiculous, it won't let me reload a card, and it is slow as all hell. This morning I will drive past the tim Hortons three minutes away from me to the Starbucks that is 15 minutes away or the local coffee shop that is 20 minutes away. I never want to give this stupid company another penny after the irritation I've gone through with this app. Stupid stupid stupid. I hate you 1/5

Works Great by anonymWork well. I never have any problems. If there is a problem it's the Tims Employee who is new and doesn't know what bottom to push. I can reloaded from the app easily. It would be nice to see some sort of rewards program. 5/5
