Images by anonymNice application but there is a problem in image display. .. after downloading the data base the images won't display at all... Instead there is text only describing the image... despite that I have Internet access. I am a dermatologist and images are crucial. .. Please fix this. 4/5

WORST App I EVER downloaded... by anonymOnly thing more terrible than the app is the so-called "customer service"! I tried to be fair b4 uninstalling this app & attempted to reach them to resolve problems. First tried the 800# that the app directed me too. I got a message saying they no longer accept phone calls & redirected me to online help. Left a detailed message & request for assistance but NO ONE EVER BOTHERED TO CONTACT ME BACK! That was the last straw! Too many functional issues AND terrible customer service!?? I tried, I gave up! 1/5
