Last update sucks by anonymSince the last update even though I am connected on full 5 or at worst 3 bars of lte anywhere in my city every message I send on my brand New LG g3 yields a message that my data is not connected and messages won't send for minutes. Of course every other app on my phone has data and is fine, WTF is this error all about, love the New look but can't use it 1/5

Doesn't work by anonymOn galaxy note 4 with 4.4.4, runs but doesn't work correctly. Friends list is lost, can't create new friends and other issues. Great app now useless... deleted from Note 4. Can't recommend anymore. Dev ignores feedback. 1/5

Great concept. Doesn't really work well by anonymIt doesn't provide notifications. I often get messages days or weeks later. Also frequently cuts off speaker or crashes altogether. Wish they would fix. 3/5
Battery life issue by anonymThe recent update has caused the app to use the CPU excessively and drains the battery. I have also noticed if I close all my open apps, hey tell no longer runs in the background and doesn't alert to new messages. 1/5
BE CAREFUL WITH THIS by anonymIt will sometimes IMMEDIATELY start playing a message, with no notification, in the background, with the phone off or on, OR DURING A PHONE CALL! PLEASE FIX! 1/5

Sound Quality SUCKS by anonymThe sound quality is abysmal, even over wifi. On any other recorded media, my phone's microphone is great, but only on this app do I sound like I'm talking through a vacuum cleaner. I'm going to look for alternative apps. 2/5
It Is Okay by anonymI would give it five star rating, but sometimes it doesn't let me send a message to the people I know have this app. It kept saying that this person does not have this application installed please try again or something like that. But yeah, other than that, it is pretty awesome and quick. 4/5
Used to be great - no so anymore by anonymHeytell used to be top of the heap. Others would get the start of your message before you finished. Now? You are lucky if you get the message two or three days later if at all. Makes Heytell worthless now. They must have given up on the app. Sad. 1/5

Great, wish had widget by anonymWorks awesome for our busy day running the business. Texting takes too long, and calling to be sent to voicemail takes even longer. Sending a heytell guarantees they get the message and it takes a very small amount of time. The only feature I can think would be a great addition is a widget. To fully streamline the experience they should have a widget that allows you to listen to previous messages and send a message. 4/5

Love it, but could be even better. by anonymI use this app all the time, it's a lot easier than texting. What would make it even better is if you had a list of all your messages so you could just tap on the message you wanted to hear instead of having to listen to each message in chronological order. 5/5

Couple suggestions by anonymGreat app, but the UI could use an update. Also, enabling Bluetooth for sending message audio, not just listening to message as "media audio," would be ideal for areas which require hands free driving where you cannot hold the device close to your face. 4/5
Messages won't come through by anonymEveryone my husband sends me a message it doesn't come through. No response from customer service and I don't know what to do other than Uninstall the app. 2/5

New Phone- old contacts won't connect by anonymI have connected to some of my old Contacts and heard the Welcome tone, but I don't receive their messages although they receive mine. Been using hey tell for maybe 5 years so I'm more than familiar with how It works. 3/5

No options with my new LG G3. by anonymwhen I click on my user list there are no tabs at the top to invite new users from your contacts list!! I have no way to add new people! I posted this September of last year. Still had not been fixed. Totally ridiculous. 1/5

Awesome walky talky feel by anonymFor those who used nextell or love two way radios, this app is awesome.all my friends are on this app, installs easily and very simple to use. Big PTT button is helpful when driving. Really reliable as well, I have never had an issue. 5/5
