This is a good player if your default/stock MP3 player doesn't have the option to play music from specified folders. I was especially pleased to see the audio book nav buttons to easily go back a few seconds in the track, but the button doesn't show up on the widget. The light and dark themes look nice, but the widgets didn't have this option either. It has the option to download album art from Google Images but no lyrics. It could use an "ignore folder" in the folder list. Thanks for appgratis promo! 5/5

The GUI design is minimalist and elegant .....but not until you try searching for folders and songs , confusion sets in .Similar players simply shows you the music folders and list out all tracks in plain view . Then you choose your track and tap play .Thats it done .Not with this app - you need a degree in computer science to figure what , where, why and how and more. 3/5

Garbage, would only allow me to search internal (phone) storage although I have an SD card and also an OTG cable with thumb drive with media files on them. Uninstalled. 1/5

One quarter of the interface is taken up by some random image. Listening to Mozart with a pic of bikers is just weird. Only play options on the screen are repeat, FF, REW, and play/stop. FF and REW skip entire tracks not a few seconds. Playlist does not show currently playing song in main view, just the name of the playlist. Even the default Google Music is better then this. MortPlayer is the best android player, no ads, plays audiobooks and MP3, with all options available for FREE. 1/5

At least so far ihv not got any apps work so accurate like it for My Galaxy,but yet ,it crash every second ..ihv sent a bug report hoping you guys will fixed it Sonny 2/5

Works well, sounds great... Been with this app for months now & I really like it *suggestions: ?that you are capable to Bluetooth straight out of the app itself ?whatever music you download/obtain to add to your app folder/playlist, gets saved on there & is not able to be removed/deleted if it's accidentally removed from phones download or other areas (that it truly links & saves music to app/folders within it & not be deleted, unless done manually) 4/5

Works by folders, I'd add an auto data refresh I.e. when I download a file and the app is running, I can't play the new file. Need to restart or refresh, but drains the battery faster than other players 5/5

Creating and deleting playlists is a little convoluted of a process. If you could clean this process up, the app would be a solid 5-stars. 4/5

Does the one thing i wanted it to do, which was the ability to add items(single tracks and/or folders) to a currently playing list but seems to discard most of thr things i like in a music app and for me that's bluetooth control from the car, tried with two and it still didn't just do it right, can't pause, forward or skip tracks, shut down or pause the music when its no longer playing through bluetooth in the car... I guess it the one thing i wanted in an app though... Lol 3/5

I like how simple and neat it is. It has very atractive design, but I don't like that it doesn't pause the music when you get a call, it's annoying to listen to the music (even if it's at a lower volume) and the phone call at the same time... 3/5

Okay Its perfect. I just had to learn the user interface. To any and all this is better than what ever music player you have. There is nothing better than being able to access your music the way you put it on your phone with such a beautiful and simple interface. 5/5

Pause on headphone button does not work when player runs in background. Also playing doesn't pause during a phone call. 3/5

Works!some snappy features would like to see a dark theme perhaps in update keep up the good work more devs need to be less greedy like this ads kill apps! No way of browsing external SD card and it only shows 2 folders in "internal memory". It's probably the most useless app in the Play store. I have no issues with Music Folder Player from Zorillasoft, it's way better. 1/5

Fantastic app!?_ I installed it 'cos really liked the Glimmer app and how nice was the dev Nicolas in replying to me (merci b'coup!)_ Since some years I'm a faithful user of Poweramp thru my devices, satisfied with it_ but this one has such interesting features! ??First test: ?the UI ain't complicated as someone says, with few actions you have a complete control of operations_ ?cool the search for images & tags_ ?liked the touch swiping over the list of songs (once they're stored in the player) to rearrange the playing order, later useful to create playlists_ ?and 4!, really hope that Nicolas himself or some smart dev could create different skins for app & widgets to give the app a real "personal" touch_ it deserves a lot!_ END! ??? 5/5

I saw other reviews where it would not recognize the ext sd... this was corrected or its their phone. No prob on the s3.I would be nice if it were a little more intuitive. The layout and playlist managing is confusing at first. I would make the following changes: * add the ability to filter just by name while in the playlist instead of just name and album *simplify the layout or create a more comprehensive walkthrough *create a widget that will show album art and will operate from the lockscreen 4/5

I love this app, my music is organized into folders and I find the tags are rarely reliable, so I prefer music apps like this. The design is excellent, there is little to criticize. I did have to get used to a couple design aspects but all the functionality I like is there, I just had to find it. The only thing I couldn't find was equalizer presets, but that's probably something you are already aware of.  5/5

I'm impressed about the functionality and clean interface of this app. For me,it's one of the best folder player out there, and I've tried quite a lot. For some reason, folder players tend to be cluttered and difficult to use. Not the case here. Some things that need fixing or improving: - The search function does not work. - I can´t use the controls from my Bluetooth headphones, so it´s quite annoying having to open the telephone to pause/go to previous/next, etc. - It would be great to import playlist files created with other tools. 4/5

It's nice to have a music app that plays files from a folder instead of based on mp3 tags. This is a boon for audiobook listeners like myself. Bonus: The developer even added audio book controls...thanks! Even though the app has some on screen instructions, the layout and usability was not intuitive. It took me a while, and still taking me some time, to get used to setting up playlists or just playing a song without putting it in a playlist. Folder navigation, for example... the "up folder" button is on the menu bar instead of next to the folder browser. At first it only showed me 4 folders, but I soon realized that these are the only folders I have music files in. This may be why some people complained about not reading an SD card. 4/5

Good job with visuals. App looks very nice but there are problems with navigation within the app. When playing a single song there is no easy way to go back to parent folder. When playing a play list songs are not listed, although there is enough screen estate. 3/5
