Tickets bought online in a browser cannot be viewed in / used from the app! This is despite the fact that whether you purchase a ticket from the browser or in the app, both places tie the ticket to your SBB account. If not for that, I'd probably give this 4 stars. While not conforming to typical design standards, it's a pretty well made app, and generally useful and easy to use. But I should not have to buy a ticket from the app in order to show my ticket from my phone. 2/5

UI do not follow android standards. Specifically back button has strange behavior. 2/5

E.g.: Wanted to buy two class upgrades, but for 2nd person one cannot enter any reductions (GA, 1/2 Tax). Thus had to buy them at conductor... 2/5

Generally good and useful but 1) The User Interface keeps changing (screen gestures etc.) 2) There is sometimes a mismatch between a route suggested in the apps's timetable and the route specified on the ticket, purchased through the app, leading the user to wonder whether (s)he could face a fine for having the wrong ticket. Eg. Thun --> Ittigen, Pulverstutz (3) The app does not store the name/date of birth of frequent travel companions (4) When purchasing a ticket for multiple passengers, the ticket type selection screen does not indicate which passenger is being referred to.(5) On an Samsung Android device, selecting a station with a partial name during a ticket purchase is difficult because the onscreen keyboard blocks most of the screen and the remainder (showing a few of the stations) is not scrollable. 4/5

1. Lässt nicht, die falsch gewählte Stationen aus der Vorschlagsliste zu löschen. Und wenn du mal falsch auf Enge im Simmental klickst, wenn du nach Zürich Ende fährst, dann hast du diese Station stetig auf der Liste zu scheinen. 2. Das Kausprozess ist echt gründlich: du musst ALLES manuell auswählen. Mir fehlt sicher das ein-klick-Kauf, und die Favorites machen in dem Fall wenig Sinn. 3/5

Das (Spar-)Billet kaufen ist super müsam da man immer mermals versuchen muss bis man das richtige hat und jedes mal muss man alles neu eingeben. Das eingenen von Gutschein Codes klappt auch nicht. Und nun zeigt die App sogar Webung an! 1/5

Danke für den 10 CHF Gutschein. Den ich leider nicht gebrauchen kann. Via "Regional Fare Networks" - > "ZVV" - > "ZVV Individual ticket/day pass" steht nämlich kein "Continue"-Button zur Verfügung. (Nach Eingabe des Gutscheins!) 1/5

Please allow to choose the interface language manually. Even though I'm Swiss and have my whole phone set to English I prefer apps and sites from German speaking providers in German since translations are often just ridiculous! And why are there only supersaver fares available for owners of the half-fare travelcard in the mobile app, where as I get supersaver tickets for the same connection without Halbtax Abo on the full site?! 4/5

The app no longer shows ships, even when only "ships" is selected as mode of transport. Something has gone wrong. 1/5

Recently, the app always says that there are no connections, every time I look for a trip, even though I can see them on my computer. What is wrong?? 3/5

When I try to pull up a trip's timetable, 9 times out of 10, it pulls up my recently purchased tickets instead. Makes it very hard and annoying to look up train schedule. Uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Please fix 2/5

approximate ergonomics (can be improved). No sync with web app.... the tickets purchased using the web interface cannot be visualized or downloaded as e-ticket. 3/5
